Overall, I'm very happy with my experience! I have a great gift card I will use for travel, and the customer support team has been super helpful & kind.

I was very happy with the selection of gift card options from things like media streaming companies, e-commerce like Amazon, or travel partners. It was hard to choose which one I wanted to select! It's also helpful that you can break up large amounts across different gift card redemption options.

I'd like to see something like a Visa gift card option for in-store purchases that aren't available.

Received funds as Christmas gift from employer, redeemed for a giftcard which I used in store. Whole process took minutes.

Wide range of vendors to choose from, had easy to use interface, gift card usable online and offline.

Would like to see more local and independent vendors on the platform.

It is all positive. We have enjoyed all what we have got..Enjoyed eateries that with out Guusto gift cards may not be explored or items of clothing may not get a chance to wear feel great and look good. Grand way to explore Guusto gifts.

Its a great idea because there are many outs you can choice from From eateries to buying clothing etc.
Have enjoyed nice eateries enjoyed nice tasting wine... Plus great food Guusto gifts have helped with cost... a Wonderful treat to share in a social moment. Able to get a pair of in style jeans at the Gap again Guusto gifts helped. A price tag over 100.00 was some what under was very pleased nice Jeans. A chance to explore new avenues is what Guusto provides with their gifts. Grand idea.

It is all positive in using the gift cards. Grand idea. No Cons. Have used for clothing ideas and eateries. It is a nice way to enjoy and try new avenues..different favored eateries.

Fabulous I received a gift for 50 dollar and was able to choose from so many options it was a pleasure to receive.

I was sent a 50 dollar gift I had so many options to choose from and was easy to print I had issues of my own but when I text for help I had reply back in seconds and problem solved immediately.

I liked everything about it and getting help was so easy.

It was a wonderful experience to use gift amount for variety of options! Looking forward to use Guusto for personal gift options.

Right from signing up. The process is simple. No need to create new login & remember additional password! Tons of options to redeem gift cards! I must say Guusto has way to go.

Few more gift redemption options will always be welcome!

As above this is highly useful in a work from home context. As more of us now are remote we like digital rewards with tangible results and that's what you get with Guusto.

It is essentially on demand. There are no lags between issuing and redeeming, with partner options that would cater to seemingly anyone. No waiting for confirmation or shipping; teams can recognise and reward employees easily. Works very well in a remote working context but just as appreciated by employees on site.

There aren't many to speak of. If I had feedback on optimisation it would be to filter the redemption items by geo - a lot of the restaurant options I saw were not available in my area.

Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Hopefully i receive more gift cards from work to use here.

It's very easy to use and very convenient. I was sent a gift card via Guusto and the application didn't even give me a hard time using and claiming.

A very good application which can be use to recognized co workers work performance and use it to send gift cars as a token of appreciation the good thing is that you can choose how much of the gift card you want to use as you do not have to use it all at once.

The gift cards can be redeem on a lot of locations , and you can check the status and balance of your gift card at any moment.

So far i have not found anything that i dislike about it as it is very easy to use.

I think it's a great tool for rewarding employees. It is a great idea and I think it will make employees happy as they are able to pick gifts they truly want.

In general, I would definitely recommend Guusto. It is quick and efficient to use and there are so many options for gift cards. As a gifter, I would recommend checking out which retailer gift cards there are to see if there are options that your organization would like.

The user interface is nice and easy to navigate, nice friendly color scheme, and is a digital gift share platform for those you care about. Last but not least, I can choose from a huge variety of retailer stores with the funds I have.

No negative feedback to give at this time. I don't think there's anything I do not like about Guusto.

I really appreciate being able to electronically send gift cards from multiple vendors to my team. They can then pick and choose something that is meaningful for them.

Hands down the best experience I had with employee incentives. A lot of time you may win something you'll will never use. That isn't the case here.

Everything really. Really easy to use and simple to navigate through all of the options. On the topic of options there were so many to choose from so even the employee who would be hard to shop for should be able to find something on there.

Can't say there were really any cons. If I had to choose one thing to make it even better it would be to keep expanding those options.
