What I would like to see more of is the gift card choices.

Most gift-card providers that allow you to send a generic amount to a recipient and have them choose the merchant is rare in Canada, Guusto solves this problem flawlessly.

Guusto is a highly user-friendly, organized and ready-to-use SaaS platform. The learning curve was minimal, and the ability to fund your account was effortless. The number of merchants available was awe-inspiring.

It's hard to choose a dislike; if I was to choose, it would be the ability to customize the template used for communicating your gift; you're able to select a photo and the message; however, that is about it. Some enhancement on the communication template would be ideal.

I would certainly recommend this service.

Was emailed that a company had sent me a gift card in appreciation. Easy to pick which gift card that I wanted, checkout, and immediately received the electronic gift card by email.

I like the ease in receiving and sending gift cards. It makes doing giveaways easier. It’s nice to have big merchants like amazon as options.

This is the best employee incentive program I have ever seen in almost every facet. I'd recommend to anyone.

The wide variety of different options for gift cards, and the flexibility with choosing how to use your employee incentives and gifts.

There really aren't any. The only thing that can be improved maybe is adding more partners for the gift cards but they have such a wide variety, I wouldn't really call that a con.

This program is very easy to navigate, especially if you have an affiliate credit cards rewards program. Shopping for my gift was as easy as shopping for a reward from my VISA program. Less clicks, even :)

Instant gratification for a job well done. Rewards are very easy to redeem, especially if one is already subscribed to similar-functioning awards marketplaces. There is no pressure for giving or receiving.

There are not enough "common" retailers in the Canadian marketplace. Some of the restaurant offerings are nice but I, for example, live in north Toronto, and about half the restaurants listed are either located in a whole other city, or right downtown. I would love to see more accessible/local gift card merchants such as Starbucks. I also wish there was a link on my dashboard to the Rewards Marketplace. Was a little hard to navigate.

Overall it's been a very good experience 👍 Had one issue with not being able to redeem it on Amazon and kicking me out but I got an email later saying the issue was fixed and to try again.

Big pro is the wide selection available to redeem your rewards and that it can be split among different venders.

A bit of a long email to explain how to set up an account to use Guusto was intimidating and an issue with redeeming on Amazon.

Overall it was a great experience using Guusto service. This is the first time I have ever used such service, and I will continue to use it in the future.

Normally we are not sure about our colleague's likings, so Guusto provides the gift card receiver multiple vendor options where the gift card can be redeemed. The gift card balance can also be redeemed in portions, which is a nice option to have.

I am a Guusto gift card user. I wanted to use my gift card balance towards local businesses. I know there was a pre-paid MasterCard option. Since I am not a MasterCard user, I didn't go for it. Having the option for Visa would be nice.

Overall it's a great option; I'm sure the administration side is easier for our company than other options, and it gives us the freedom to make our own choices as to where we'd like to spend our funds.

My company has been using Guusto for employee recognition for ~2 years. It's very easy from our side, once we're registered for an account it's simple to log in, accept the funds and choose a retailer to spend them with. It's great as we get to make our own decisions.

The emails seem to roll out to our whole organization in the span of 5-10 minutes, so there is sometimes lag with everyone trying to redeem at once. I have learned to either be very fast, or very patient!

I was a little hesitant first on how to use the site but it was relatively easy to figure out. I liked that it was a user friendly website.

I really liked the variety of different types of gift cards that I was able to choose from. It was nice getting something that I wanted instead of a random gift.

Overall GUUSTO was great and easy to use and setup for a beginner user. Also users do not have to use all the funds that was given to them in one location. They have to option to allocate the funds to merchants that they choose.

GUUSTO is a great option for all employees that wants to reward their employees with gift cards. This option gives the employee the access of where to spend the gift card.

GUUSTO can use more merchants like Sportchek, Atmosphere and other local sporting good stores.

I thought it was a wonderful experience of being able to pick out my own gift card selection and I could have split the money amount between a couple different cards.

I found it was very easy to use and I was able to use my gift card right away with no waiting period.
