I really like how you have the option to send gifts to the people you work with if they did something great or if maybe they are having a bad day. I feel this is a great idea to increase morale in the workplace.

Honestly, I haven't found anything that I would change or that I dislike about the platform. You are able to customize your own platform to fit the company you work for and create your own individual profile. I feel that it might be cool if there was an option to add in your social media or information so coworkers can reach you!

We love it and will continue to use it! It's a great tool for not-for-profits that are looking for a way to show appreciation to volunteers or coordinate virtual lunches etc. All of the Gift Card options were great, and recipients were really happy.

The features that I did not like about this platform are:

2- Another of the negative characteristics of this platform is that it does not have a refund system, therefore, if for some reason I have made a mistake in the prize that I have sent to my employee, I will not be able to make the refund within this platform, therefore, I have to be very careful when sending any awards to employees, since there are no returns.

3- The support within this platform is almost hard, since it takes a long time to attend to any type of request, and if you have any type of doubt regarding the gift cards offered in the main list, you will have to wait approximately 48 hours to be taken care of by the support team, I consider it to be one of the negative features that has to be optimized as soon as possible.

2.- There is no function to be able to view the status of a gift card that you have sent to an employee, you cannot see if the employee has received it correctly or if he has already used that award. It was very easy to follow all the instructions and I got a chance to pick any gift card I was interested in (they had a ton of choices there!). I am very satisfied with my personal experience!
