The app is an easy way to recognize and reward each other and has tons of selection of stores to redeem the rewards that you earned.

Interface is easy to understand and go about.

Easy to load money on to the account and send.

Sometimes I have login issues where I have to enter details twice only then it let's me get in the app.

It was a great experience overall. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking to send gift cards.

I liked that the Guusto gift card was it was straight forward to use and the website was easy to navigate. This is an amazing option for those who would like to give gift cards. There are many options for gift card provider. I like that it is something that can be sent through email!

I didn't find any cons. The gift card was easy to use and the the options were many.

Overall experience was such a pleasant and straight forward one! I did not have to think twice where to click next as the lay out was so friendly.

Probably my favourite gift card experience, because I GOT TO PICK :) Would recommend using this in all organizations for employee recognition. I liked it because even if the giver does not really know the receiver, ie. in large organizations, there's a store on there for everyone!

The pros are obvious - I preceptor, and this was what I received as a thank you. I had the ease of picking from many stores that I liked, and using the dollar amount towards gift cards at any of the locations (You can split up amounts and are not forced to spend it all at one store). The online capacity makes me feel safe, especially during a pandemic, it's as socially distanced as it comes!

Lastly - pretty instant to have the gift cards!

I have no complaints, the store list I'm sure will continue to expand.

Overall this was an amazing experience. I liked that there is a mobile app that you can download to use for quicker access while you are out. This was a seamless process and i will definitely use it again for sending gifts in the future!

I really liked how easy it was to redeem the gifts i was sent. There is a big selection of vendors that i can choose from and i like that i can split the gift between multiple vendors.

None, it’s the best and it’s very accommodating... most of the vendors are in there, might need to add more US based vendors.

Overall, I had a great experience with Guusto. I received a reward from my company instead of a company holiday lunch that was cancelled due to COVID and it was a great way to show appreciation.

I liked how simple it was to use the platform. The videos provided made it very easy for everyone to understand how to sign up and use the platform. There were a lot of options in gift cards which was great and not something I have experienced before.

The con was that there was no way to support local restaurants through this program. I appreciate that may be difficult but during the pandemic corporations like amazon don't need our support as much as local businesses.

Purchasing a large number of gift cards and keeping track of them is problematic. With over 100 merchants, Guusto made it easy to track, mail, and receive gift cards. We may quickly create an account and begin sending and receiving gift cards.

Safe, secure, and reliable. I love Guusto to both send and receive gift cards. You can't ask for more, and it's easy to send out rewards and recognition via Guusto. It hasn't been often that I have needed to contact Guusto, but, when I do, they have always worked with me to answer my questions.

Guusto is not so familiar with many, but that's gonna change soon I believe.

I didn’t like how there was a lot of different companies that weren’t part of the Canada industry. A lot of the restaurants were based in the United States and not in Canada.

The Guusto product has a great interface and provides employers with a chance to really make an impact and impression in front of their employees. They offer many rewards and incentive.

While the product is very easy to use and pleasing to the eye. The number of options that the company provides is somewhat limited. Although there are plenty of rewards to choose from, there should be more!
