What is Happy Coder?

Happy, commonly known as Happy Coder, is a free and open-source client that operates on both mobile and web platforms, empowering users to create, monitor, and manage various sessions of Claude Code AI coding agents across a wide array of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, all while maintaining real-time synchronization through a secure relay system that ensures users can seamlessly continue their work on different devices without losing any context. This robust system comprises three main components: a CLI program running locally that initiates and manages the Claude Code sessions, a mobile or web application that securely links to the CLI using end-to-end encryption to safeguard user data from unauthorized access, including from the relay server, and a relay server that solely transmits encrypted information between devices without deciphering the content; this architecture allows developers to utilize their favorite tools, editors, and workflows while effortlessly integrating remote control features. Furthermore, the ability to transition smoothly between devices significantly boosts productivity and adaptability for users immersed in coding endeavors, making it an invaluable asset for developers.
