    Best flooring software which made our flooring business much easier to manage

    We are using HomeArize for almost a year now, and it's become part of our daily workflow. Our experience with HomeArize has been positive. The software has helped us reduce paperwork and keep track of quotes, jobs, and customer information without much effort. There are still a few small features we'd like to see, but the team listens to feedback and keeps improving the software.

    We are using using HomeArize to manage our flooring projects, quotes, customers, invoices and inventories, and it has saved us a lot of time. Everything is organized in one place, so we don't have to switch between different tools. Creating quotes is quick, tracking jobs is simple, and our team always knows what needs to be done. The software is easy to learn, and the support team is friendly and responds quickly whenever we need help.

    There are still a few features that we'd like to see added, but the team is always improving the software and regularly releases updates. We haven't experienced any major issues so far.

    Switching to Homearize has been the best decision we've made for our business. It's reliable and well-suited to the Australian market, and the fact that it adapts so well to local requirements like ours shows it's genuinely built to support businesses globally. Backed by a support team that listens and actually responds — highly recommended for any flooring business, wherever you're based. The system feels very stable, without freezes or other glitches and quirks.

    We moved to Homearize after another well-known web-based program which we'd only recently switched to from an older-style system simply couldn't cope with Australian GST requirements and other critical functions. Homearize handles the GST natively with no workarounds, which made an immediate difference to our day-to-day operations. The software itself is easy to use and quick to pick up. The whole team got comfortable with it without much fuss. The customer support has been a standout too despite the time difference with Australia, we typically hear back same day or next day and issues actually get fixed rather than sitting in a queue for weeks. The team is genuinely pleasant to deal with and it's great value for what you get.

    Some workflows involve more clicks than feel necessary, so moving between things can be a little bit cumbersome. That said, the team is actively working with us to streamline this, which says a lot about how they treat their customers.
