    They actually stole from me

    Summary

    These people are crooks. I've been with them for years and due to increased costs and the difficulty of using their authentication system which often resulted in my being locked out of my account, I decided not to renew. They went and charged another card of mine (one I hadn't authorized) and stole $113.25 from me. I will be notifying my bank of the fraudulent charge. Avoid this company.

    This is about data security, and even some International laws we have to follow. So, no, I can't cancel your services for you. I'm happy to take a bad review for caring about your security, your credit card information, and your data.

    As Nathan stated, we can not cancel services via a support ticket. You will need to submit a cancellation request from your account.

    Unfortunately, we can't make any exceptions according to our security policies and terms of service.
