I hope we can work out everything and it becomes a great system for us. But currently is very difficult.

Hopefully having everything in one place that all of the team can access and use daily, from our administrative staff to employees out in the field.

Work arounds, difficultly getting in touch with support.

Overall I'm one happy taco. Your platform compliments my professional knowledge on the hands on side of things. Very simple operation.

Recently got both apps of Houzz and Houzz Pro. On the customer side it's very resourceful. As a service provider make life simple and professional. The estimate to invoice setup is amazing. The ability to display 3d presentations is a almost guaranteed signed contract. Very pleased with the app

At the moment none honestly. Only used it a brief time but I was all over the features and it offers allot to the pros especially how it keeps track of allot of expenses and breaks down things. Life got easier come tax season

Overall, I am extremely happy. I have more zoom meetings in a couple days to dive into it even more, and I am so excited to keep learning how this can stream line everything we do.

I absolutely love their customer service and the ease of use of the software. I am very pleased with everyone I've met and everything I have been able to teach myself and how hands on their representatives are with me.

I honestly have not found anything I don't like about Houzz, I am very impressed with their customer service, they truly care.

My experience has been frustrating, but I am hopeful that as soon as I can meet with my dedicated support person, that I will feel much more comfortable. I joined Houzz on 6/7 and could not get an appointment with her until 7/20.

I liked that Houzz was based on my previous design software - Ivy. I also like that my website and social media can be managed on this platform, and I look forward to being able to utilize the tools that are new to me on Houzz.

The basic accounting tools are almost identical, however, there are almost too many bells and whistles and not enough quick support. I am also asked for feedback constantly.

I'm so glad I decided to try Houzz! I had previously considered a combination of Angi for leads, Asana for project management, and AutoCAD for renderings but this is so much better.

I love that Houzz is an all-in-one program that streamlines and organizes my business in every way, and doubles as advertising.

It's a little hard to get to learn both the app and the web version at the same time.

I actually do like the software quite a bit, for the most part it is wonderful. Where it really goes down hill for me is the financial part of it. It is so lacking and clunky. That part of it needs a lot of attention. You HAVE to enter a PO, then log payment on PO, why not add the option to manually enter a material or vendor invoice. The accounting/financial portion of this feels very much like an after thought. Everything else is awesome. I hard a hard time deciding between a 3 or a 4 so I went with the 3.

Client/Leads module, one of the best I have seen (and I have seen a lot).
Marketing module makes it so easy to create and send campaigns at any level of expertise.
The estimating and take-off module is miles above other software in it's category.
The 3D Floor Plans Tool - so easy to use and the accuracy is awesome, I have wasted so much time playing with tool (and I mean that in a great way.
The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Converting the leads to a project is so seamless and easy.
The invoicing module and client interface all top tier.
The schedule module is so easy to use for anyone.
The dashboard is easy to navigate and follow.
Ideabooks & Mood Board are such an awesome feature.
Tasks are also great.

The "Certification" is very lacking, it doesn't deep dive into any of the modules except the 3D Floor and even that is lacking.

The entering of project "outgoing" money is very lacking.
The financial reporting capabilities is also very lacking.
Have to invite subs and vendors to add them to the projects is aggressive and unnecessary.

Overall I am content with the software. We use it daily for estimating and lead/client tracking and change orders. It is great for takeoff ideas but there is a lot of room for improvement still. The nice thing is that if you request certain things from the support staff they will put a suggestion in for that item, so occasionally features get added, which is nice.

Good estimating features, takeoff options, and customization. We like how we can customize our estimates to meet the needs of our clients, show/hide specific lines and save templates we use often. The takeoff features are great because you can mock up an existing or proposed floorplan with some basic features.

Lacking on the client facing side, subcontractor side, and document management. I wish you could track subcontractor COI expiration, W-9's, subcontractor agreements, clients scope of work per trade, etc. I also wish the design/takeoff feature allowed you to build decks/screen porches and expanded selection features for interior and exterior spaces.

Houzz Pro is easy to use! It was quick to learn and visually appealing to my clients. Makes my business feel professional and elevated!

The product clipper is great! It is far superior in speed and ease of use to other similar product clippers I've tested with competitor companies!

It is a bit more expensive than other similar software.

Overall, Houzz has made collaboration and organization effortless, significantly enhancing our project experience.

Houzz has greatly improved our remodeling project management by facilitating effective client communication through its CRM features, clear scheduling, and daily logs. The estimating and invoicing tools streamlined financial processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

It takes time to fully grasp on how all the feature works.

Great overall for basic models. You may need to upgrade for more intricate structural details, like custom arches and classic structural details

Easy for a beginner modeler to draw and layout designs. If general layouts are all you're after, than this is for you.

Definitely becomes more complicated when trying to make the more intricate details of your design. Multiple finishes on walls and making half walls, on the ceiling or from the floor

Overall, I value Houzz Pro for its ability to streamline business operations, enhance client communication & facilitate marketing efforts within the home design & remodeling industry. My negative points reflect potential areas where I had some concerns or areas where Houzz Pro should continue to improve based on feedback from accustomed users as me!

As an Interior Designer using Houzz Pro, I praise it for its comprehensive set of tools designed specifically for home design & remodeling professionals like myself. It offers robust project management tools that help me organize & track all aspects of my projects, from initial client contact to final invoicing. I also appreciate the visualization tools that help my clients see design ideas in 3D & understand proposed changes more clearly.

My personal dislikes lie in the aspects of cost (pricing of Houzz Pro is on the higher side compared to other similar software or platforms). It has a learning curve for my new interns who are not familiar with its interface & features. They sometimes find it overwhelming! I also experienced occasional delays in responses & difficulty in getting timely assistance especially with the design tools.

Overall experience is all in one app you can don’t of tuning design and invoice and estimate and management of project and schedule of the day

Houzz Pro is very helpful on a day-to-day with product selection. There are a few hiccups while using but overall very helpful for each project.

Product selection tracker, vendor/trade account database, product clipper extension, and mood boards.

Purchasing gets confusing. Especially the way taxes are set up. Sometimes vendors calculate their taxes slightly different so there's no way to add a tax or additional fees column to balance our quotes vs. the taxes calculated by Houzz Pro.

Our company's overall experience with Houzz Pro has been great. It continues to improve each year and the type and quantity of leads continue to improve as well. Keep it coming!

Houzz Pro has been an excellent resource for our custom home architecture firm of 17+ years. We've been utilizing Houzz Pro since 2012 and value the leads, exposure, and resources this platform has to offer. There have been continued upgrades/improvements over the years to keep the platform current and our exposure to the right type of clients.
As the administrator of the account I respond to all initial inquiries. They are emailed, texted, and phoned in so I never miss a lead. I always try to respond promptly to hop on a call to find out more about an inquiry or send a follow up message with additional information or referrals. I never want to leave a client hanging, even if we aren't the right fit for their project.
Houzz Pro provides a comprehensive questionnaire to bring the right leads to our firm and we've worked with them to improve the filtering system to ensure they are asking the best questions to give the user and the Pro the best possible outcome.
The Houzz Pro representatives change periodically, which was strange at first, but they all bring a new focus and fresh eyes to the profile, which keeps us current and in front of the right users. I've enjoyed working with every single rep that has been assigned to our account, but I'm hoping to keep my current one for a long time; she's great!
The reps will help tag photos, set up and review your Pro page and are key to Pro experience.

The only thing I would like is more quality leads, but who doesn't want that?
There really isn't any down side to Houzz Pro.

Awful, terrible, couldn't describe it in a worse way. They don't reply either. Clearly don't care about their reputation online.

Nothing - I got played by them.

All they do is send you emails and try to book you in for a call.

They gave me 0 genuine leads.

I was having an extremely difficult time finding a black toilet with a 10" rough in anywhere. I contacted Benjamin Pitt who took on the challenge and sent me options to choose from. I was also in contact with Michael in the Trade Sales department, who confirmed with manufacturers that they had the correct color and rough in size. They were both very helpful in adding the listing needed to place the order. This was a necessary item for a client and I would not have gotten the toilet in time without them. I am immensely grateful for all of their help and very appreciative for their time and effort. Very impressive and exactly how every company should be.

Genuinely no cons about my experience with Houzz. There was not one moment I was frustrated or unimpressed with Benjamin or Michael. I am highly satisfied and will be in contact with them for future assistance.

I would be interested in keeping the service if the pricing was more reasonable or if I had a better return on investment. At this point, I'm not seeing any results.

Houzz Pro is a great tool to get your business noticed by qualified clients. Houzz Pro does part of the work for you by making sure potential clients are a good fit for you then sending you their information.
Houzz Pro then makes responding and organizing potential client information in way that is quick to find later.

The ease of use is fantastic; from editing descriptions to adding or changing pictures, so easy. Plus, if assistance is needed your Client Success Manager is there to help. Houzz Pro is designed well, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I like how quick and easy it is to respond to potential clients and they seem to like it too.

I would have to say the only con could be the price. It just depends on how much assistance you want from Houzz and if you are going to utilize the features.
