I wish there was a faster version graphically, in case a person didn't have time.

Overall the tool is great. I like the e-mail design, especially in the spicy mode. I also like the way that you can report phish - it's so easy, just with one click from the Outlook client. I'm really happy that my company uses this tool.

I like the option to gather points for finding malicious e-mail. Shield as a milestone to show, how well you perform compared to others is great. Can't wait to get the last one!

In fact I didn't find anything that I wouldn't like. Maybe reducing the number of points between each shield would be more motivating?

My company uses Hoxhunt to train employees on cyber threats in a game-like light-hearted manner with challenges and achievements. Hoxhunt has an intuitive UI accompanied by engaging content on multiple levels of difficulty, keeping people on their toes regardless of someone being a rookie or a seasoned expert.

A point of improvement could be having multiple languages, if someone works in a mixed-language environment, sometimes it's too easy to spot an English training email.

Practical - as the activities happen in real time, it makes you more vigilant about any actions you take following receipt of an email.
Educational, - the additional information provided when reviewing activities is very informative.

if you do not view the email, therefore unable to report it to Hoxhunt, it still counts as a missed activity.

Very user friendly and interactive product. A must recommend for every company for IT related trainings and IT security.

It's an interesting product. It is great way of spreading awareness towards cybersecurity and other IT threats. Like the way a game is there where user is extra caution and alert regarding threats to earn more stars.

Some kind of small actual rewards should be attached on reaching a milestone or completing a test so that users will be more alert and responsive.

Challenges are accurate of everyday attempts to steal data.
There is an element of fun in doing the learning modules which are easy to grasp with very good explanations to get the gist of the message being delivered.
The challenges are not constant or consistent meaning you have to really think carefully about something that has arrived in email and how to approach it.
Gamification of the whole process keeps things interesting amongst your work colleagues.

Nothing really. I guess the gap in between challenges might be too large, but I am sure this is also something that can be set.
Other than that I can't find any cons with Hoxhunt.

The interface is really well designed and educational on a good level for all users. There's always something to learn and new aspects of how malicious e-mail content can be forged to match the users every day interaction with colleagues and others.

The ever so slight chance for an email to be hazardous for our development environments and the constant chance to gain points in the Hoxhunt battle makes users extra conscious of malware and false links.

The hunt starts when an account is created and not when the employee has their first day at work which some times results in a start with 4-5 missed Hoxhunts and a bad statistic to begin with.

All companies should have this service available. It makes it easy for employees to be safe guarded.

I never thought I would be this motivated to catch phishing emails. Its a fun, competitive way to keep an eye out and I do think it helps keep me on my toes with my inbox.

Hoxhunt has a clean, engaging UI that I like to use. The software is fun, competitive, and informative. I particularly like how it goes through each email and shows the phishing red-flags.

I didn't know I could tell them I was on vacation and I lost my streak.

Overall I think it is a very interesting product for companies that want to expand the cybersecurity knowledge of their employees. Hoxhunt has a fairly intuitive and simple interface for less advanced users. Gamified applications, where training is seen as a game, tend to encourage higher usage and user retention. This is the case with Hoxhunt! The presence of a ranking and levels, makes the user want to discover more phishing emails, and creates an atmosphere of healthy competition.

At least in my organization, Hoxhunt was not present from the beginning in the new Outlook. This made it inconvenient to have to access the old Outlook every time a phishing training email arrived.

Another important issue is that the employee should be given context on how the tool works and the objective; if he/she starts receiving phishing training emails without prior context, he/she may think that he/she is a victim of a cyber-attack.

Well balanced product making workers corporate live a bit harder, but it worth it! Playing the game really makes us stronger and ready for security calls of everyday life.

It can be integrated with company business processes, using different triggers while generating fake emails, so the topic will be precisely close to the current life or business situation of a user. After playing that game, you almost don't know anymore, what is true and thoroughly check any information.

Phishing emails generated by Hoxhunt can be even bewildering, action-provoking – it can be very difficult sometimes to carefully read it. Suddenly you are informed, that your corporate card has been used by someone else, your business trip is cancelled or your access will be revoked. Thus it's not that simple to keep your mind cold.

It has been a great experience using Hoxhunt for the last 2 years, the user training is simply amazing, with many catchy emails. It also provides details on how to detect phishing emails. Overall I would say it provided me with enough training to make me detect phishing and spam emails better. Price wise, I do not know how much it is, my company pays for it. Overall I highly recommend it.
