It’s built on SuiteCRM, giving you all the proven tools for customer relationship management, and then layers on ICTContact so you get voice, messaging, IVR, real-time surveys, broadcasting — all in one dashboard. The fact that it’s multi-tenant and white-label makes it ideal if you want to serve multiple brands or clients. Dashboards are clean and user-friendly, and all communications flow nicely: no more switching tools just to handle complaints, follow-ups, or campaigns. The security and permissions features are solid too, which gives peace of mind when working with teams or sensitive customer data.
