It is an excellent platform to learn online, the price is not expensive and it is always available. Then with a small extra charge it is possible to purchase the voucher for a certification.

Elegant, modern platform, full of different contents and training courses. With a single subscription it is possible to follow all the courses that are present in the catalog.

Unfortunately, content and slides cannot be downloaded.

A lot of great content related to specific IT fields. Instructors are very well educated. One of the best platforms to prepare you for Cisco Certifications.

I would love to see more Linux related training.
Cloud sandboxes would also be beneficial for hands-on practice.

I have been just focusing on cybersecurity subjects and the material and labs are excellent.

Sometimes the design of the website is a bit buggy and there are some errors on some presentation slides (eJPT and eCPPT)
Over the last few months, they have been working a lot on the website though, and it is coming along really well.
For this reason, I guess there are times when the platform is unreachable or the labs just lag or keep disconnecting.

The best online IT training I've used, especially for cyber security - the labs are invaluable - everything that doesn't fit the INE training model now feels weak in comparison!

Very well structured training, -the cyber security labs make it very hands-on and easy to understand and cement the video and slide content.

Premium subscription can only be paid annually - if they could make this payable monthly, even with an annual subscription commitment, this would be far more manageable for a self-funding user like me

INE platform offers a fantastic alternative to in class learning with the quality of the video on demand option.

Sometimes the website is not accessible, does not happen often though.

The subscription may be a bit pricey but it's all very worth it considering the coverage of the course, from cybersecurity to networking to programming.

Having access to all courses with an annual subscription is actually invaluable because you can learn other topics.

This is a great platform to learn and practice for your IT career. They have wide variety of topics ranging from Data science to Cybersecurity. They also have different learning paths which gives us a perfect roadmap for our preferred IT role. Their premium plan is totally worth it, I even got a free voucher for any elearnsecurity certification!

Up to my knowledge, I have not faced any cons of this platform.

Overall, aside from the pricing model and lack of ability to buy individual courses + labs, INE has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to increase their knowledge in multiple areas (particularly Cybersecurity). The courses are put together well, the instructors are great and the labs are a super useful aide for learning.

- So far, the course material has been some of the best I've come across. They have some solid instructors.
- The labs so far have been fantastic and really help with learning the material.

- The only plan that offers labs is the premium ($750/yr) plan. For some of the courses I'm taking, labs make up a majority of the course, and is where most of the learning occurs. The annual ($500/yr) or starter ($50/mo) plans only contain access to the videos and other course material (usually powerpoint slides.) They basically set it up in a way that almost forces you to buy the premium because why wouldn't you? It comes with a certification discount (not full voucher), labs, online bootcamps, workbooks, etc.
- As far as I can tell there is no way to buy individual courses + labs. If I wanted to go through JUST the Malware Analysis Professional course, I'd have to pay the entire $750 to access that material.
- The certifications are still pretty fresh and not widely recognized yet. Because of this, I feel that a full exam voucher should be included in the premium price to let people actually achieve some of the certifications and start growing their name a little more.

Overall, I would say the content and hands on labs are good. I thin this is the only place where you can get workbooks and lab up the equipment to out the theory to practice.

INE has content which is used in everyday companies. This content in not found on other sites. It also have workbooks to work with while using the INE rack rental system.

One of the biggest cons would be that I have to buy the INE subscription to gain access to the workbooks, I then have to buy another subscription to the INE rack rental to gain access to the equipment.

INE is a quality professional level training solution. If you're looking to just get started in cyber security or networking or if you want to move towards a more professional level of skill INE is the choice for you.

Overall, yeah I would recommend INE. Try it for free and if you don't like it, then you don't like it. It's a no cost commitment. You literally have nothing to lose here. And if you do like it, then the premium pass is absolutely worth it because the labs are seriously so helpful.

I'm a total noob at this stuff. Ive been a graphic designer the last 8 years. Long story short, COVID had me rethink my career choice as it has been extremely difficult due to it being so under-appreciated and undervalued. So, while broke as joke, I stumbled upon cybersecurity and noticed what a fruitful career it could be in terms of finances but also satisfying to the soul, as you are out there helping people protect their identification, their finances, even what they eat and drink (recent cyber attacks). After reading up on INE, I signed up for their free courses.

Coming from a non technical background, there has been quite the learning curve for me as you're getting into the nitty-gritty of the computer world, but it really is exciting stuff to learn. Everything is going digital nowadays and knowing Ill eventually become a certified individual in this field makes me work that much harder.

The labs are great and intuitive and make you think critically about what you're trying to accomplish. Completing these courses and learning the material just makes you feel really good about yourself and what you're learning!

Not to mention it is a FRACTION of the cost of other programs, bootcamps, universities etc.

I have not encountered any yet. I'm about half way through the pentesting student course and I'm loving it.

I've had good experiences with INE overall, support team is quick and helpful. Started and finished eJPT, currently doing eWPT and eCPPT.

Great training material and lab practices. The courses are up to date and include a variety of topics.

Subscription based model, you can't download any material and study on your own time.

Really happy with my subscription. I switched from CBT Nuggets to INE and I am very happy I did. I like the mixed ways of providing content which I think covers a better range of learning styles. If we were able to download content offline I'd give INE 5/5 and a 10/10 recommendation!

A great selection of training material covering a range of topics. I like that it's a mixture of content with videos, slides, questions after sections and labs. Instructors are good and provide you the basic material you need rather than over complicate the topic they are talking about.

App is a bit clunky. It's annoying that you can't download content for offline use as it would be great for when you're on the tube or on a plane.

Overall it is very exciting. I am really thrilled to cover as much of the courses available and upskill my pentesting skills in as much wide range of domains equipped with modern techniques and knowledge.

It has been hardly a month I enrolled in INE. SO far everything is good. Can comment only at later stage.

One of the best place for the networking/security content. I like the deep dive videos, going into different technologies.
The new cybersecurity section is really nice.
Overall good place to get to know things.

Some videos are out of date, like old software. But the theory is there.

Great experience for great price. Access to all of the learning paths simultaneously allows you to control your learning. You used to bug learning paths, but now you can take certain courses of interest within paths and customize your learning to your own needs and interests. A great move, in my opinion.

You get access to a ton of information for the price. Learning paths exist that are linked to eLearn Security certifications, so you can take the associated course to prepare for a cert exam. The labs are incredibly useful, the course materials are among the most thorough I've come across on the internet, and include vital topics like active directory. For visual learners, there are often plenty of videos showing how to use the tools you'll be using in the labs, the exams, and the real world once you're done with the course.

Some of the course material is outdated, for example in PTS there are references and a need to use the spider function on burpsuite that is no longer part of the free version of the software. There are workarounds, but an update to material would be nice to save paying customers the need to problem solve. (even as important a skill that is for hackers, this is about the product you're selling).

While I've never dealt with support, I understand it that they can take a while to respond. While this normally isn't a problem, a technical issue on day 4 of a 7 day exam can be frustrating, especially when you don't get an answer to your emails for 2 days.
