Excellent content course specially in Cybersecurity where you can gain experience and knowledge just like in real world scenario. Training material content is always up to date.

Some of the VPN is not responding but doesn't mean it's truly a cons.. Still worth it.

Most definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to start a career, or even if you just want to learn something new. Their staff is AMAZING and will usually work through any issue you might have. Plus, they take into consideration and ACTUALLY make changes based on feedback. And, they just added a forum, for you to collab and learn with others. 100% A++++

The platform is very easy to navigate, and their library is the largest I've ever seen! If it has to do with ANY area of IT, it's on there. They give slides, videos, and labs, for each section of every course. They hold Bootcamps that are phenomenal! Plus, they have FREE starter passes, and hold FREE community events!

I've been with them for many years, and honestly, it's hard to think of anything bad about INE. Maybe the fact that they took out the ability to download the PDFs for courses. But, it's understandable with the level of piracy going on out there.

Worth the buy, especially if you are getting a good deal out of it. If you are able to get 2 certificates in a year then it is worth it.

The course structure is decent and covers the basics pretty well. It covers a very large number of aspects which is good for a beginner.

The course is outdated. There are plenty of tools that are taught that are not being maintained now. Also, the labs are pretty old.

Overall, if someone has some IT or domain knowledge, it's a very good learning platform. Because it provides plethora of learning content at a very competitive price.
But I would prefer to have a real time chat / live support to get my questions answered. That will help me continue my learning with the same momentum.
Currently, am rating 4 stars, but as I move ahead with other trainings, I might change to 5.

INE learning portal has variety of trainings and courses from Networking to Cyber Security to Cloud at an economical price. This is helpful for everyone either already working or aspiring to be in the IT field. The content is clear, concise and the language is not complicated (easy to understand).

1. In one of the Cyber Security courses, the content is from 2017. As we know Cyber Security is a fast changing field and the technologies / concepts become outdated so fast.
2. Also the technical support from the training team is not real time / live. Its only via email which makes it inconvenient and delayed.

So far so good. Recommended to those who want to upgrade their technical skills or seeking a career change.

Wide variety of content for various paths in IT. Price is reasonable for the amount of training content.

Not able to download the videos for offline usage. Subscription plan changes frequently.

It's a good platform for me to study my CCIE R&S, I have used it for my past 7 years, and i still subscribe them personally... they really help me increase my knowledge which also help me in my work.

Too much material, routing switching, cloud, programming, security, I wish to have another 24 hours daily to continue learn from them and use the skill in my work.

Other than a mildly clunky UI under certain circumstances, its a great product at reasonable prices.

Niche training options are catered for. Especially in the information security field.
Training and certification paths are really helpful.

UI for could be improved. Having slides and videos on the same window and having to scroll through the data is a tad clunky.

In general terms, I can indicate that if I recommend the INE learning platform, beyond the variety of content, I consider that the material is adequate.

Well, the learning platform is quite friendly, the feature of being able to start where you left off is great.

But I think the best of all is the laboratory environment, where everything really goes great, without delays or anything.

I have been able to experience that in certain laboratories the information is not fully displayed, therefore, it is not possible to advance.

The support service for this type of case I consider that it should improve, since despite sending emails, I still have no response despite exceeding the committed SLA.

Overall I will always recommend INE/eLearnSecurity to my peers. The certifications are hands on and teach a wide variety of concepts. Im always learning something new, and it helps qualm the "imposter syndrome" because when I certify with INE and do labs, I know I'm getting hands on exposure vs a multiple choice memorization exercise.

Content can be a little dated, but it's still a great learning opportunity and helps develop the mindset and point you to the right questions to advance your skills set.

While the content is very good, it doesn't appear to be updated quickly enough to keep up with the industry (ie some content is still using 2013 concepts that have been deprecated/updated).

Overall I would it is certainly one of the best platform to learn and gain hands-on experience. The labs and challenges are real good stuff.

I love the INE platform and the training material it provides in various fields especially cybersecurity. The course content is really good and is arranged in the proper order which anyone can follow and become an expert.

So far the only bad side is the inability to download the course content. I think INE should make the course available for more than a year to its paid members.

Overall this product in terms of features and value for money is 10/10, however the subscription model can be a little bit difficult to sell to employers paying for their staff. I do love how connected INE is with the community though, as they lowered the prices of their courses earlier this year after the community responded negatively.

I've used INE's courses prior to their subscription model and found them to be fantastic. The courses really are written by the best of the best in the industry, and they are experts in every cyber security domain.

Whilst their subscription model is cheaper than their one-off payment model from 2020, it can be a bit harder to convince your employer to pay for your training when it is completed as a subscription.

Overall really happy, I knew the content was going to be good as I'd gone through eJPT previously but having access to all courses, labs and the bootcamp content for this price really is a win.

I paid a similar price for a years membership with INE as I paid for one course and exam with eLearnSecurity. Now I have access to all the content and if I want to sit an exam I just pay for whichever one I want. Much better concept in my view.

As with most similar platforms the content isn't consistent. The quality will depend on the instructor but I'd like to see all courses follow the same format of videos, slides and labs. Some don't have videos and I can switch off quite easily flicking through endless slides no matter how interesting the subject.

My overall experience with INE has been outstanding. As a customer, I am asking that they start providing the training slides so consumers can focus on the lecture.

I love the interface, structure of the classes, videos, and lab exercises.

I wish INE provided documents containing the slides covered in training. I take notes to retain the information, so it takes me longer than expected to complete each training module.

I purchased the premium plan which gives you access to the complete library. This was by far the best purchase i have made in investing in my career. I'm trying to achieve a CCIE and this is by far the best training out there.

INE's training covers almost all aspects of an enterprise network. The data center information is very helpful. Our company is migrating to ACI and these lessons are invaluable.

Wish you could provide discounts on official certification manuals. Accessing the workbooks can be a pain. Hopefully that can be revamped.

Very positive experience for the new price, it will earn its 5 stars rating when they will offer downloadable content for Premium subscribers (maybe yearly premium subscribers?). Hopefully they'll keep updating the content yearly to entice to stay subscribed every year and ensure their students stay on the edge of knowledge.

Immense collection of content addressing most subjects of IT, cloud and security. Very nice design visually for the website.
Easy to view content as long as you have an internet connection.

Coming from eLearnSecurity before it was integrated in INE, I would love to see downloadable content for Premium subscribers, both videos and PDF slides like eLearnSecurity used to do.
To be honest, most of the courses can be ripped/downloaded if someone wants to or it has surely already been done. The real value comes from the access to labs and exercises in the labs etc. Not allowing or making it easy to download the PDFs and videos only limits and annoys the customers. I used to take my eLearnSecurity PDFs and videos, and go study in nature where I couldn't have good access to Internet connectivity. Right now I couldn't do that with INE content even though I'm a premium member.

Overall a pleasant experience. Whatever doubts I have on this platform evaporated when I start perusing the content.

Comprehensive set of training materials that include Cybersecurity, Networking , Data Science, IT Essentials, Development & Cloud.

Contents are very technical and very in depth. Labs are well structured and prod your weaknesses.

1. Should have course completion certificates for CPE submission.
2. Should have options for folks to mix and match what paths they are taking and provide a different price point.
3. Better discounts for eLearnSecurity Exams. For example, a blanket 50% all the exams for subscribers.

There is always something new to learn.

I would highly recommend this to anyone in cybersecurity field or wanted to get in.

Great content, engaging. You can tell the instructors are passionate about technology so it's really easy to get excited as you learn. I've got the premium and compared to university its a great deal. I can't believe I was paying 2x more just for one class for a subpar education.

Instructors make concepts easy with a lot of examples of different use cases. I went to school for software development and Networking. At university I didn't feel like the content and instructors were up to date. With INE the instructors have real world experience and it shows in their understanding of the concepts.

While watching videos my session keeps expiring. I like to do long sessions of study and I found myself logging in all the time and trying to find the place I left off.

It is very useful and lot of updated courses, it helped me to prepare for interviews as well. I liked it.

Good course content for network engineers, i like that we have access to all type of learning paths and updated courses.

If you stop in middle of a session in a course it will not resume from there, it starts from the beginning of the session.
