    We use INHUBBER to sign documents. QES is quick to set up and the contracts can be sent to the partners quickly, making them more usable for both us and the partners. We store the contracts in one place with authorisation-based access for greater security.

    The contracts we receive from our suppliers are very complex and difficult to manage. Often suppliers don't really know what is in their own contracts. With INHUBBER, we get all the key data of the individual contracts, including deadlines, via a dashboard. INHUBBER helps to understand and manage contracts accordingly.

    One of our departments still uses SharePoint and DocuSign to manage contracts. This is highly inefficient. I'm glad we have the dedicated software with QES and AI and don't need three systems to work with contracts.

    In terms of ease of use and feature set, it is a unique piece of software. Every time you sign an Excel file without converting it to PDF, you save time, not only in the conversion process, but also in later use, as the signed Excel file remains functional. Try to find it somewhere else :)
