We use it to keep contracts well organised and safe in one place. QES is a pretty neat feature that I use quite often to get more important contracts signed.

Two things that come to mind when I think of Inhubber: it's quick and easy. With Inhubber we have probably reduced the time from contract initiation to signature by 30-50%.

I'm not a power user, in my opinion it's easy to use and that makes it a good tool for people who only have to deal with contracts occasionally.

I have been using it once or twice a week for over a year and so far it has worked well for me.

Inhubber makes sure that I do not have to request information from the legal department. What would normally take some work in describing what I need and time waiting for the information, takes with Inhubber one look at the dashboard.

Inhubber replaces lawyers for us whenever we need some contract information. Actually, it takes up to 2 days to get a response from the legal department, compared to a few minutes to get information from the Inhubber dashboard. The same goes for following up the approval process.

Digital signing of unusual file formats is nowhere easier than with INHUBBER. It is a huge productivity boost to be able to sign a zip file or not have to work with Excel saved as PDF.

They take safety very seriously. We should probably do the same with all our other software. I guess we have to live with the security measures when it comes to legal documents...
