    A well-designed and implemented software that addresses contract management challenges and provides digital signature for zip and excel files.
    We started actively using Inhubber a little over a year ago and are experiencing increased productivity, supplier and customer satisfaction month over month. I send out an insane amount of documents for approval. Prior to Inhubber, I had to submit each document as a Pdf or text file to get it signed. That's a lot of work and Excel in Pdf format is nearly useless. With Inhubber, I just upload any file for signature.

    All contracts and information are secure and easily accessible in one place. Digital signature for every contract attachment in any amount and any digital format.

    Negative

    After switching from manual contract management, it's hard to find any bad sides to the easy-to-use digital contract management digital signature package.

    Mainly for monitoring supplier contracts. We make sure that the negotiated conditions are actually respected. I mainly use it to cancel contracts when some services are outdated or no longer needed.

    I like the fast familiarisation and the ease of use. We often have to involve people in contract management who have never dealt with contracts before, and that would be very problematic with software that is difficult to use.

    We see ourselves as a digital company, but up until two years ago contracts were half digital, at best Pdf files in various folders. With Inhubber this has changed, now all documents have access rights, deadlines are well presented on dashboards and can be accessed by the right people at the right time.

    One of the key features is the digital signature for Zip. In fact, with just a few clicks, you can electronically sign or send for approval hundreds of documents of various types. I am impressed with how seamlessly it integrates with SharePoint.

    Our company has been looking to go fully digital since 2021, but was reluctant to do so for fear of losing out on security, especially in the area of contracts. INHUBBER came with the complete package of security, well organised and managed repository, digital signature and AI automation.
