    Summary

    I'm really happy with our Interact platform. I led a team to launch it and now am the main power user, as well as a daily user as a customer too. The search is incredible and I'm happy with how the platform continues to develop.

    Positive

    Fantastic search functionality and new features keep getting added - with admin control over when to turn them on.
    It's easy to make great looking pages, and after some training is easy to self manage and administrate.

    Negative

    Learning the platform requires a steep learning curve, but once you get it you're away.
    The only real lack is that the social tools feel quite last decade - message boards and forums. Would like to see some real modernisation there.
