It's a great platform for creating intuitive and seamless embedded flip books and for creating rich content that our customers can easily enjoy!

Issuu has a streamlined user experience and interface that makes publishing our lookbooks and other brand focused documents seamless. It's embed functionality is robust and it's linking and video capabilities are a great addition to allow for more rich content.

Would be great to see some additional linking functionality to have products show as pop-ups or similar. Would also be great to have more control over the mobile view of the publications.

My experience has been great with ISSUU. I've used them in some form or another for 15 years across 3 different organizations I've worked at. It's a solid piece of technology and I am looking forward to where their roadmap is taking them.

The interface is elegant. It's easy to use from a front-end standpoint for my subscriber and from a back-end standpoint for my publishing team.

I haven't found too many things yet... ISSUU does what I need it to do.

Our University has been using Issuu for over 5 years. We use it primarily for magazines, but other uses include catalogs, guides, and brochures. With each publication, we take advantage of more options that the application provides. It has been a revolutionary tool for our University, taking our seasonal magazine and making it more visible, user-friendly, and interactive. It is a lot of marking power at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Issuu and taking the time to learn the skills to best use it.

Creating a linkable table of contents and having multiple types of sharing links has extended the reach and interest in our publication. The article feature has made content more accessible and has doubled the number of impressions and reads to our publication. These features, along with the statistics, has helped us to make better decisions as to when to release magazines and the type of content best to accompany them.

To get the most out of the application, it helps to be technically and design savvy. Knowing what types of PDFs to use and the basics of design layout are the best ways to create quality looking content. For accessibility, creating articles does not meet all standards, but it is closer to compliance than a regular PDF document.

Ultimately this feature was not the best fit for us, but I would recommend it to anyone who might find it appealing.

The option we used gave us a smooth and seamless display of our annual report with the digital page turning feature. This option looked very sleek and modern and made our publication appear fun to read.

Unfortunately, small text was hard to read in page turning mode. The positives did not outweigh the negatives for us. The feature was abandoned at some point on our website.

Great product for really engaging flipbooks with a community focus, in our case, suicide prevention. Plus prompt and helpful customer service when needed.

Issuu is intuitive and supported the creation of beautiful flipbooks for our community engagement purposes.

The plans are pricey. We would have benefited from a not-for-profit plan as our project was not generating income.

Perfectly serviceable program that allows one to paste up a magazine from the comfort of one's home.

The organization -- having separate Flatplan, Articles, Ads, etc sections.

The "Add Note" function is a little hinky, especially when working on a laptop.

I've seen that the UI has changed recently and it has got better to upload and share! It's easier to use, promoting features are great (especially with the automatic detecting system) and the support team has been very responsive. It would have been better if individual accounts could share the number of the group's Unlimited contents.

When transitioning to a group account, I understood that the individual accounts would share the same premium plan. Not that each user is given the same number of Unlisted contents, but it's that users can share the group account's total number of Unlisted contents. (e.g. If we have a plan with 100 Unlisted contents and two users have published 8 of their contents as Unlisted, all users would be left with 92 Unlisted contents.) Right now, it's the only group account that can upload Unlisted contents; so there was no point in making a group and individual accounts separately. Indeed individuals can purchase their own plan to use up the Unlisted contents but it seems too pricey to just segregate the account.

Overall a really good user experience. As I have got to know the platform I have enjoyed using it more.

Great easy-to-use product. I enjoy seeing it bring our publications to life. I like the stories feature which provides an opportunity to share content over several posts.

No real cons, some features require a bit of getting to know.

The issue was managed and solved in 24h, thanks to the customer support. The problem is still there 'cause depends on mobile OS, but I'll continue using Issuu.

I had an embedding issue on my landing page. The customer support replied every time in 10/15 minutes to my technical and sometimes difficult questions.
They was really helpful and made a real difference.

The embed issue I have is not solvable at this moment. It's a problem about how Issuu is shown on iOS systems. They said they we'll work on it.

Awesome customer experience. We would definitely recommend using Issuu if you're in need of a good catalog/brochure flipbook.

We love the ease of use uploading our PDFs and generating embed links for display on our website in a very clean flipbook design.

It's also pretty cool that we can order printed literature directly from our account and view metrics for our literature.

We have not used the system to its fullest extent yet, but are excited to delve in! We are missing out on using a number of the tools that tie to social media posts and helping to get the word out about several of our publications.

The system is very user-friendly and offers a number of fantastic social media options. Issuu is a fantastic way to not only house larger documents, but also embed flip options on our website.

Would love if the publications could be more accessible/follow WCAG rules.

Overall, I am happy with the response. It was prompt and considering it was nota huge expense, getting this done fast and easy is really appreciated.

I am new to my company and am actively trying to clean up accounts that incorrectly have sales tax included, of which Issuu was one. I was easily able to create a ticket and get a response back including a credit for three months of the sales tax that was charged on our monthly billing.

I feel it should be possible to go back to the beginning of the year for this.

Overall, the platform is useful. The features are user friendly and support gets back to you in a timely manner.

ISSUU does a great job of streamlining magazine content and keeping it organized. We can post content on all of our social media sites easily from one spot. It is also easy to embed our publications onto our website. All of the features work very well.

I don't appreciate constantly being up-sold by ISSUU. It seems like every year you have to get a paid plan for services that were free the previous year.

Positive, but, I don't like that articles are so poorly formatted, and if we have ads, they get broken up into multiple content pieces, images, random text etc.

Issuu is easy to use, beautifully designed platform, that helps enhance our candidate and client experience. The data collection is also valuable. The ability to quickly generate an embed code and reupload new versions is very helpful.

The inability to unpublish items. You are allowed to unlist one item with your plan, and purchase additional options. This seems a bit steep for something that probably should be included as standard. The only alternative is to delete, which loses all data tracked.

Five stars! I'm very happy with Issuu and couldn't imagine using another distributor. My advertisers love it too. The readers have no complaints.

Everything! It's very user friendly, my magazine is beautiful. The share options make it easy for all of the advertisers to promote themselves and the magazine. I especially like the article stories-I use them so each author has another professional looking way to promote themselves.

I wish the article stories that populate were better edited.

I would have not cancelled subscription if there was native video embed functionality. The ads from the video platforms really ruin the look/feel of publications.

I like the extra functionality of creating videos/snippets. Have not seen that on other platforms. Pretty easy to use overall.

There is not a way to embed the video natively so you don't have to use YouTube or Vimeo. It looks so sloppy having all the Youtube/Vimeo branding when the video starts.
