Very good overall experience. It has served a major function for our organization that was hard to manage on our web pages due to limitations on the size of the site.

We were able to publish over 100 issues of our magazine on the site without problems. It allowed us to create articles that could be shared by our members. Overall, it has been a great resource for our organization.

I had a hard time figuring out the groups. Eventually it worked out. Make sure you set the path correctly for your publications --- it cannot be changed later. It is tied to your account user name.

This was a worthwhile investment for our charity, but to be honest, even the free version had plenty of good features. But upgrading has really helped, and we have had lots of compliments on the direction we have taken our newsletter in by using Issuu to distribute it.

As a small charity, Issuu helps us up our game and stay modern with our newsletters and comms in a cost-effective, easy to use, digital way. It helps those with little tech knowledge produce interactive newsletters and further social media content from them, with minimal effort.

Setting up a 'group' for other users in our organisation was a little confusing, however support was fantastic in fixing this. As have some of the the other features. We have taken a more 'give it a go and see' as the guides can be a bit confusing.

Great service all around, will be using the service for a long time to come.
Will also be recommending it to others in my industry.

We love ISSUU because it gives our design practice the freedom to create formats that reflect the depth of our work. We also love ISSUU for the way our content can so easily be shared with our audience and we consider ISSUU the perfect complement to our social media presence.

As architects, we are involved in projects that can take several months, if not years, to materialize into reality. Early on, we decided that our main means of communication should reflect that long and thoughtful process. With ISSUU, we are able to publish completed projects in annual book format. That format we developed within ISSUU is completely unique: as viewers turn the pages, they get a feel for our design process and the challenges we had to overcome in delivering those projects.

Honestly no cons! ISSUU is very smooth and professional.

Issuu Rep. Ted was amazing! I was quite frustrated with the site's confusing options and usability and reached out to Live Chat and Ted explained each detail perfectly and went beyond to assist me. He explain clearly each step making each step clear.

Full Screen without other "similar pubs" were not clear and misleading but Chloe was great about explaining and guiding me through many processes.

Very good solution for hosting pdf as flipbook for free. It has very good features for browsing PDF files as flipbooks on PC or smartphone.

Simplicity and direct to the point. Good legibility on smartphones. Free to display the pdf on the platform (paid to use embedded code in you website).

I am a long time issuu.com user. I am super happy with their product. They have now added a chat feature which is also very helpful. I was having difficulty with the stacking of my pubs and it was suggested to move to another browser which I did and it worked beautifully!

Customer Service used to be challenging but now with online chat it is great!
I also use this on my phone and it would be nice if I could upload.

We use Issuu for project-publications we share with our clients and audience. It's a great way to share results in a fun-to-read way.
Whenever we have questions about the product, Issuu is very quick to respond.

If you reload a publication (for example after finding a type) you loose any previously added links/videos. These you need to add again. Would be great if that could be fixed.

Very good with an extremely fast response time. At first I found it hard to find where to submit a request but the website had pretty good details on how to submit the request.

I had to submit a request to cancel my subscription as I hadn't used Issuu in a long time. I had a very quick response and they helped me out immediately.

I don't have any cons to report. I submitted a request and had a quick response and all was resolved.

Overall, very happy with Issuu and will continue to use! There is definitely room for improvement, but I have been impressed that the Issuu team is very receptive to input and seems committed to making those changes.

Very easy to use and easy to get help if needed. We shopped the market looking for similar tools and Issuu was top of the line for its simplicity and layout, as well as the tools available. Reasonably priced as well.

A few functions are clunky-namely the exporting of statistics and the ability to read from a mobile device. We started using the article stories to be more phone-friendly, but they are very time-consuming to create and restructure.

For our publication purposes, it's really easy to use and makes our publication look more engaging. Our team makes use of the statistics and like that it provides and breakdown by month, publication, user experience of desktop vs mobile device. The provided embed code to use on our website is great as well as the added features of the articles and generation of social media videos to make it easier to reach our audiences/one less thing to worry about.

I've used ISSUU daily for well over 7 years so have seen how the software has been developed over a long period of time. As a graphic designer, I use it for digital publications for my clients and it goes down well with them as well. Here's to the next 7+ years...

Great features, cost effective and reliable customer service. Regular updated keeps the software fresh and ahead of its competitors.

Nope... can't think of any. Maybe a more human live chat option but I know that's not so straightforward. The live chat feature has only been added this month so I'm sure it's at early stages. I usually use emails for enquiries but they generally get back pretty fast anyway. So no cons :)
