Overall, great value especially if you are a Canadian business. The integrations were also great but again, lots to learn which could be good or bad depending on how you see fit.

The first pro is that this is a Canadian company. This was important for us since we switched over from a US based PIM system. It's easy to get ahold of our account manager and integrations with current Canadian systems we already have in place made the switch more seamless.

Theres a ton of different areas within the PIM so learning the system is difficult but the onboarding process helped.

Jasper was really helpful with our set up, they took their time to make sure we were comfortable moving forward and gave us tips for best practices that have helped us a lot.

Great team, great product, great service. We looked at a few options and couldn't believe how much Jasper could do for the price.

I can honestly say I haven't experience any cons at the moment.

Managing product information in Jasper is much easier than in Shopify, so we’re very happy with it.

Really great customer support. Also easier to use than Shopify. We were having trouble dealing with products in bulk in Shopify, so the import/export tools have helped greatly.

Some of the features on the higher plans look really helpful and I wish we had access to them on the Growth plan, but that’s SaaS for you.

Overall, we're very happy with our decision. If you're migrating to Shopify, there is a strong case for Jasper. We were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of features and quality-of-life options presented out of the box for Shopify.

Made our lives much easier by having a connector to Shopify: This made it an affordable option that surprised us in terms of functionality. The support is great, too.

So far, none. If I had to pick something arbitrarily, I might say there is a bit of setup involved but Jasper held our hand through the process.

Overall i would recommend. There's no better PIM on the market for the pricing you are getting with Jasper.

I have been using this software for almost a year now and everything is great about it. The team is very responsive and accommodating to special needs & requests that my team needed.

Integration time takes longer than originally anticipated.

Wonderful experience overall, would highly recommend using Jasper if you're dealing with product data issues or have more than one online store (Especially Shopify).

Great company, great product. They have a very hands-on approach and help you set the PIM up to your business needs. We were open to changing our process to make it more efficient and Jasper was very helpful in this.

Communication can be an issue sometimes (But not always). Either it takes a few days to get a response or they respond within an hour.

Jasper is a no-brainer if you're on Shopify, the native connector to Shopify and BigCommerce save our clients in integration costs to both places.

We looked at 5-6 other PIM systems for a client on Shopify Plus and no one else had the functionality out of the box that Jasper had. The onboarding help is really useful too, it let our client get live quicker than we had planned.

The product is open ended so it takes some set up to match your needs, but they offered onboarding help with every plan.

Overall solution is great, and they have a lot of new features coming each month.

their support team is fantastic, with knowledge about eCommerce but also full system integrations with an API first software.

Powerful tool to centralize all product data, assets, pricing, inventory, helping us to merchandise our products online, scheduled content and pricing months ahead.

Easy out of the box eCommerce platform connectors like Shopify and marketplaces such as Amazon. they provide a system integration service to help us connect with our ERP and eCom Platform, which the total cost of ownership was cheaper than other solutions we consider.

Better video tutorials, trial was difficult to set up but if you reach out to them, they provide support, worth getting on that discovery call.
