Clients can conveniently sign off on quotes and approve additional work simply by clicking a link and entering a PIN, eliminating the need for them to create an account. Each change made can include detailed photos, project scope, and pricing, with a timestamped approval securely recorded within the job's history. Invoices are automatically generated based on the initial quote, approved extras, and incoming payments while adhering to UK VAT and CIS regulations. The job records gather all pertinent materials, such as images, notes, receipts, and approvals, for straightforward reference. The Team plan further enriches the user experience by incorporating site reports from workers and a shared calendar for improved organization. Moreover, a free plan is available, allowing users to manage up to two jobs without any need for payment information, making JobGuard an accessible choice for those embarking on new ventures or handling smaller projects.
