I love Jonas. I have worked with many different software in my past working history, and this is my favorite. It connects all the modules together (PO's AP, AR, Job Costing, Subcontracts) and is very easy to find a report/ create report for what you are looking for. In addition to having reports/ creating reports that the accountants and auditors like.

I love the ease of Jonas. I love the fact that you can find anything that has been posted, whether correct or in correct. It's very robust, with payroll and job costing, and how everything flows great within each module.

I dislike the online knowledge base. I know that the Jonas website has gotten better. I know that the knowledge base has the answer, just very hard to search for what you are looking for.

We have been with Jonas for over 10 years, and I think sometimes my team here knows more about Jonas than the support team does. When I call up for a service or a question, I get someone who doesn't understand the module that I have a question/ issue with.

Our company has offices/employees in 4 states and uses Jonas for all accounting, certified payroll reporting, inventory (20+ locations/warehouses), job costing, service orders.

Integration with other modules (Field Time, eMobile, Inventory, Service) has been a great value to us. Continual product advancements let us know it's not a company that 'sells it and forgets it'. They care about their customers, products and relationships.

Would like the ability to select the level of user activity that is stored for reference. Currently do not have this option. Also, the ability to tailor fields (field size, naming) would be nice!

Overall experience has been great, we are transformed!

The order of training, would just re-order the training modules a bit.
