    My overall experience with the platform has been pleasant. Jotform forms have allowed me to collect a large amount of information without having to use cumbersome paper copies and then transfer the information to the computer to perform the corresponding metrics. Apart from that, the forms can be sent to the participants once they have been completed, thus making it easier for the different employees to track them as well as the people who filled out the forms. Jotform has become one of the indispensable tools when it comes to integrating different platforms within our projects since it provides us with specific functions that speed up the work process and the completion of projects. In addition to integrating very well with project management platforms, it also integrates with the platforms that are linked to the projects, so everything is a great feedback thanks to the synchronization of information that it allows. So I can say that the integration with this platform within my company has been a very excellent overall experience.

    I cannot ignore the ease with which the user interface can be handled, I did not need extensive tutorials to be able to navigate within this platform. Even though it has advanced functions, there is no need to use all the tools that Jotform offers, everything can be done easily if you need to do simple tasks related to the creation of forms. It has a variety of templates that give me the ease of quickly choosing how I want to ask the questions, it also allows me to customize these templates and save them for future forms and even more so when the information is similar but with updated data or new information to be collected. I also like that the participants of the forms only receive a direct link to the form without the need for them to download anything additional or register, it is enough to simply fill out the form and once completed this is sent to the respective creators to later be analyzed according to the needs of each user. In addition, the form reports are fully detailed, thus providing a large amount of useful information for the subsequent data processing obtained by sharing the forms.

    I have not had any problems with this platform as it has been a pleasure to use. The only negative point I could see is that it allows coding in the forms but this can be confusing. Another problem, if you can call it that, is that you cannot create a collaborator to edit the entries as it is only possible if you are an administrator, which I do not find very convenient if you are working in a team. The cost would be a drawback as it is a bit high compared to other alternatives that meet the same characteristics as this platform.

The best of all is that the response time was too short since I sent my requests, when I sent my concern I received a ticket that companies with good technical support always throw automatically and after a couple of minutes I was already aware someone on the other side of the screen solving my concerns.

    It can be integrated with multiple platforms to achieve automation, thus being able to have a complex integration. In my case, I was able to easily integrate with MailChimp without a problem when sending forms to subscribers to be able to complete their subscription or registration within my internal system, thus being able to have potential clients to scale my company being able to reach more people.

    Barcodes can be uploaded to the forms, this is very important to companies that use coupons, discounts or offers on their products or for any other market research thing. Not only a barcode, but also some required proof or document that identifies the person who completes a form in case verification is required or added to a database, a basic example could be the registration to enter a company or the registry of a university tuition. There are many possibilities to use Jotform forms.

    Negative

    One overly negative downside to this platform is the cost when comparing other sites that offer form creation and submission. It is too expensive, even for the basic plan it tends to be expensive for an average company, the number of shipments is minimal for the large amount of money paid monthly and the creation of forms seems like a joke. I would prefer that those who manage the Jotform platform rethink their prices because they are the least competitive in the forms market.

    The form templates are too sparse, making it not very intuitive to start with this platform when you don't have knowledge of how to structure a form well. The templates that Jotform has are very simple, anyone with basic knowledge of this platform could create something similar in a matter of minutes, so they should have more elaborate templates depending on the theme chosen to have more diversity and ease for users when using this platform for the first time.

    The tool that allows you to export data to a spreadsheet is not so practical when it comes to already having a pre-established template to do data analysis in Excel or some platform to display graphs of the results obtained. So I would like there to be a section on what to export and in what order each cell of the results information should go. In addition, I would also like the integration of Excel or some other data analysis platform, so that I do not have to edit everything manually, but rather it is an automated process.

    I would like it to include more payment widgets such as digital wallets in order to facilitate the payment process for people who manage the different payment methods that currently exist. For me it would not be a problem to receive a payment through Skrill when I implement a payment section within my forms, so not only base myself on the typical payments such as credit card or PayPal but go further and have a great diversity for my clients.

    There are definitely some kinks, but overall, this service has helped save time and energy since we are getting over 300+ submissions per week. Some things that would change this service to a 100% for me, would be if all submissions are sent via email, as we are often missing several. Also, sometimes the email that is sent is completely missing data, which causes us to have to search for their entry onsite. Obviously, it's not a complete turn-off, but if not caught , this causes issues.
