    Earlier followups were very weak because nobody remembered exact details of calls after few days. now krispcall keeps everything saved so even after long time we can reopen conversation and continue exactly from where we left and that improved customer trust and conversion rate

    Activity reporting used to be the bane of my life as a manager — reps logging selectively, data being inaccurate, me never really knowing what was happening on the phones.     I'm a sales manager and I live in Pipedrive. The fact that KrispCall integrates natively with it and automatically logs calls to deal records is probably the single feature that sold me. My reps no longer have any excuse for incomplete call history in our CRM, which means when I look at a deal, I have a full picture of every touchpoint. The ability to listen to recorded calls right from within a Pipedrive deal is something I use almost daily for deal reviews.

    I'd love the ability to automatically tag calls based on keywords from the transcript — like if a rep mentions 'pricing' or 'competitor,' having that auto-tag in Pipedrive would be incredible. I know this might be on the roadmap.
