Exciting and motivational. And I believe that it should be introduced to all businesses as a form of building relationships between employers, employees and divisions within the business.

Kudos is fun, resourceful and gives one motivation towards performing better. And it also help in building relationships.

Nothing so far as the site provides complements and motivation.

Overall it's fun and having the best time with it and the treats i.e the gift cards are really amazing!

The UI is simple and understandable and really this concept is fun, sharing and receiving kudos with the honest appreciation makes the day better.

No idea about the iOS app but the Android seems a bit laggy.

I am a Kudos user and when I tell my friends working elsewhere of my company implementing Kudos - they're all jealous! Kudos is a great way to make thanks and appreciation feel tangible, and that is especially important in a world where work environments are global and people work remotely. It's a nice and meaningful way for companies to show thanks and reward collaboration in their employees, aside from the traditional methods. I cannot remark on the pricing of Kudos as I am not sure what it costs.

Kudos helps employees connect and create positive interactions among themselves. Additionally, it offers a variety of redemption options to suit all employees, and is an affordable way to motivate staff.

Showing your colleagues how much you appreciate their efforts and work is a nice way to show how much you value them. Additionally, I like that you can pick from a variety of options for utilizing your points.

I have honestly not found anything I dislike about the program.

My overall experience is great and a great tool to use and strongly recommend for businesses to use.

That you can give recognition to your peers for all the good work done, you can write a general message and get points that can qualify to get gift cards for use.

Kudos is very user-friendly, and has a great interface similar to the early days of Facebook. It's a great way for employees to engage with each other, promote positive interactions, and feel that they're receiving rewards from the company and from fellow employees.

The time limit of when the points to reward others with resets at 5pm Mountain Time, which isn't obvious until it's missed. And this is likely an internal process, but there should be a monthly reminder to give out Kudos points before the end of the month.

Kudos are a great! I love to tell others to use Kudos if they currently aren't. There's no reason not to.

I love being able to encourage others. This is a fun way to do so. I can give positive feedback in a safe environment. Anyone can see what has been said about others which gives the Kudos a little extra "kick".

There's really nothing I don't like about Kudos that I can think of.

i like the tags also, exceptional, excellent etc which defines the kudos values.

I like the ease of giving kudos by selecting the people whom i need to recognize and share the relatable tags basis the recognition makes my tasks easier in describing the recognition. as soon i post the recognition it gets posted within minutes which indicates the site is smooth and fast in uploading posts.

the like comment section is also good with right emojis installed in it.

i like the notification coming in the email when someone tags for giving recognition, which keeps me updated.

There are no cons, as every feature has its own benefit.

Happy with Kudos, I would highly recommend it to others. Giving it 5 stars, it would be good for everyone to use.

This is the first time I use this platform because I'm currently working in an international company and it's been really easy to use it, it has nice features and it's a nice way to recognize your colleagues' work. I still haven't redeemed my points so I can't say anything about that yet.

It's super easy to use and it's a great way to let your colleagues know how much you appreciate their effort and how it is to be working with them.

It would be nice to have some more qualities to select and to have more options to redeem points (probably this depends on the country).

Kudos is a great portal, in an organization where one can appreciate anyone for their work, anniversary, birthday where others can see, comment/like which really helps employees get recognized globally.
One of special things about Kudos is, when we recognize someone for their work they will receive points depending upon the options you select ( excellent, good etc.) and using the points they can redeem for various vouchers like travel, online shopping, movie and much more.

Support bot is useful but it will be great if an option is enabled to get connected to a support agent via email or any other options.

It's a good experience and very splendid that our company has partnered with Kudos to provide a platform to appreciate the hard work and thanking option within our peers.

I can get rewards for almost everything I use in my day to day life. Be it groceries, gadgets, clothes, anything and everything. Hence, the points that we earn through Kudos holds real money value.

Its conversion value is the best. I have used many recognition apps, however, Kudos gives the most appropriate exchange value in your local currency along with a satisfaction of being recognised for your work.

I have Kudos app in my phone too but it does not allow me to redeem in my local currency through the app. It would be great if that can be fixed.

When receiving Kudos from people, including managers and team leads from other departments and pillars within your company, it really shows you are making a difference and effort. Everyone should do their best, as all of the people are in the same boat and should be rowing in the same direction.

Kudos bring out the competitive nature in people to achieve and be recognized for. Not only is it a healthy way to promote people to do better, but it also keeps them going, especially if there is some kind of a reward. It is also used to state the obvious when it comes to your KPI's and rating.

People can use this for their own gains, considering that friends can give each other Kudos on a regular basis. There can also be some kind of favoritism by managers and team leads when it comes to giving Kudos.
