Has been amazing with this platform. It has made lives more lively and gives a person to perform well as they are being rewarded for their good work. It also helps motivate people. Loved it.

You cannot undo a post. If in case the person is wrongly tagged.

I love the Kudos concept. I think it's wonderful and I love that it works even if you've run out of Kudos to give. It really helps people like they did a good job.

I think the UI needs to update if a product goes out of stock rather than making the user discover that fact the hard way.

Overall experience is very good and encouraging. Team and peers feel motivated as these kudos gets converted into monitory benefits as well in out organization.

I think Kudos is great. It is a great way to recognize your co-workers and peers. I enjoy the sort of public setting of it. It lets others see, hey this person is really doing great work.

It's really important as an employee to feel like I am appreciated for the work I do. The point system may seem silly or small to some. But being recognized for hard-work, after say a trying day, is just a total mental game changer.

So far I do not have any cons. But I have to fill the space, so I guess I would say changing the points to reflect the 'reward' for example, X - comment is = 50 points to give. I don't have 50 points, but someone went above and beyond. It would be nice to have that removed and choose our own amount to give.

Thrilled with it! Kudos is a great recognition tool, and the reward offerings are great as well! I will continue to use it monthly!

Kudos is east to use, and I try to "use up" all my points to give each month. It's nice to recognize someone who goes above and beyond in their job!

I wish we could have awards for 100 points, instead of 20, 50 then 150.

Instant gratification is loved by everyone and Kudos is the platform which allows everyone to uplift someone's mood and hard work by appreciating and rewarding in public. Totally recommended for organizations who believe in employee-friendly programs.

We all love being appreciated, but nothing can get better than being appreciated and rewarded simultaneously. Kudos helps a senior drive the team to its fullest and colleagues appreciate the presence of anyone helping them to make the work-life simpler and better.

The only cons noticed would be the lack of quality reward options for specific regions and less Kudos points allotment every month to appreciate others.

My overall experience was very good. It's a very entertaining platform and i would recommend the users to use as much as possible.

I don't like the mobile UI, it's very slow to use. The rewards should also be increased for employees financial use.

Enjoy the ease of use and the overall layout of the website interface. I find the ability to add gifs along with the message to be pretty playful and makes it fun to use.

Most of the time I am happy to use Kudos. But if the points sent every month increase, we will be happier if we share more.

I generally like the stores where we use points.It is very nice to share the birthday and employment dates.

Some stores do not accept points. redirected to the e-shop. For example; Boyner. Also increasing the points submitted every month.

It's been incredibly helpful to my company. I use it everyday and recommend its use to everyone regardless of your job level.

Kudos has an easy interface that allows me to recognize my peers and staff with ease. The dashboards create a sense of competition making things a bit more fun around the office.

It needs to have built-in moderation in order to identify false recognitions. I've had mixups on the back end a few times, but a minor inconvenience at best.

As a leader and colleague, I love the engagement I see between all levels. It has created a more collaborative culture on my team, but also across the entire organization. I always like to see not only how many Kudos people have received, but more importantly, how many they are giving... very telling of the kind of leader someone is or could be!

This program/platform makes it easy to appreciate colleagues. Super easy to use & very engaging. I love to watch the Kudos wall and see the interaction between managers and their employees, colleague to colleague, and employee to manager. It has created a community and culture of appreciation so badly needed in this remote work atmosphere. Our teams have reminded each other to give Kudos and we have made it part of training and onboarding of all leaders and new employees.

I wish there was an app with reminders. I would like to have easy access for all users, even when they are not at their computers.

I'm quite satisfied about Kudos but there are some areas to improve like I mentioned above. My Kudos are depend on my colleagues. For instance if they forgot to give me Kudos than I will not get any.

- I can appreciate my colleagues by giving them kudos
- I can buy products which I like not paying any additional money

- Not enough shops/places to exchange kudos comparing to MyBenefits (I don't know if it's depend on my company or country)
- I don't receive Kudos automatically but only if other colleagues give me points

Since Kudos exists in our company, helping feels a lot better. Now our teammates realize the impact of their work, it is a way to make them feel special in a tangible way.

I like how you have to choose upon 4 different categories, depending on how many kudos you want to send and how you can ad good vibes with amazing gifs.
There're many ways to exchange your Kudos like amazon gift cards, XBOX, VISA, etc.

That we have few to give that sometimes we don't have enough Kudos for everyone on the team and we have to leave them out of the distribution.
