    So much fun, really enjoy having this. Added incentives in a job are always so exciting. Public appreciation of a job well done can be such a confidence boost.

    I think Kudos is great. It is a great way to recognize your co-workers and peers. I enjoy the sort of public setting of it. It lets others see, hey this person is really doing great work.

    It's really important as an employee to feel like I am appreciated for the work I do. The point system may seem silly or small to some. But being recognized for hard-work, after say a trying day, is just a total mental game changer.

    So far I do not have any cons. But I have to fill the space, so I guess I would say changing the points to reflect the 'reward' for example, X - comment is = 50 points to give. I don't have 50 points, but someone went above and beyond. It would be nice to have that removed and choose our own amount to give.

    We all love being appreciated, but nothing can get better than being appreciated and rewarded simultaneously. Kudos helps a senior drive the team to its fullest and colleagues appreciate the presence of anyone helping them to make the work-life simpler and better.

    The only cons noticed would be the lack of quality reward options for specific regions and less Kudos points allotment every month to appreciate others.

    It's been incredibly helpful to my company. I use it everyday and recommend its use to everyone regardless of your job level.

    Kudos has an easy interface that allows me to recognize my peers and staff with ease. The dashboards create a sense of competition making things a bit more fun around the office.

    It needs to have built-in moderation in order to identify false recognitions. I've had mixups on the back end a few times, but a minor inconvenience at best.

    Fantastic Way to Acknowledge Colleagues

    As a leader and colleague, I love the engagement I see between all levels. It has created a more collaborative culture on my team, but also across the entire organization. I always like to see not only how many Kudos people have received, but more importantly, how many they are giving... very telling of the kind of leader someone is or could be!

    This program/platform makes it easy to appreciate colleagues. Super easy to use & very engaging. I love to watch the Kudos wall and see the interaction between managers and their employees, colleague to colleague, and employee to manager. It has created a community and culture of appreciation so badly needed in this remote work atmosphere. Our teams have reminded each other to give Kudos and we have made it part of training and onboarding of all leaders and new employees.

    I'm quite satisfied about Kudos but there are some areas to improve like I mentioned above. My Kudos are depend on my colleagues. For instance if they forgot to give me Kudos than I will not get any.

    - Not enough shops/places to exchange kudos comparing to MyBenefits (I don't know if it's depend on my company or country)

    I like how you have to choose upon 4 different categories, depending on how many kudos you want to send and how you can ad good vibes with amazing gifs.
    There're many ways to exchange your Kudos like amazon gift cards, XBOX, VISA, etc.
