I love Kudos, I use it everyday and strongly recommend it. It's a great way to express your appreciation to your colleagues and also redeem your Kudos for rewards.

Kudos is a great way to connect with my team and make people feel appreciated. I can redeem for awesome rewards!!! You can send private or public messages and Kudos, it 's a great function to be able to customize the messages.

I wish a description wasn’t necessary in order to send Kudos.

I don’t have anything in particular however it was confusing to use it in the beginning but now I’m good in using it.

I like the rewards system its nice to be able to give your coworkers a nice little incentives. Adding up your points really make the rewards all worthwhile. :)

No ability to edit kudos posts in case of a typo for a post. Need more variety of gifs to add to the post. As an admin, the navigation is slow and needs to be faster.

I am extremely satisfied with Kudos and always encourage my coworkers to participate in activates that will award and to give Kudos points.

There are many things that I like about Kudos! First it is nice to be recognized by the administration and coworker on a job well done. It encourages me to always give my best. It is an easy platform to give Kudos to my coworkers when they also go the extra mile. Lastly there is a great selections of gift cards to choose from to cash in the Kudos points from.

I do not have any complain for Kudos. It is easy to use. Simply select the gift card you are interested and with in minutes you will receive an email with the rewards link.

Best experience using Kudos and redeeming the Kudos points for various gift cards.

I love it. Not only do I get to say a job well done but I get to express it differently. What more can you ask for.

I love the opportunity to recognize individuals just for the simple things. It's "Thank you" made simple. A few simple clicks and kudos points add up.

There're so many options for redeeming your points.

You can't accumulate your points if you don't use it within a month so sometimes if we want to spend more points during a period, we can't do that if we're out of points but sometimes we still have remaining points for a month.

Great! Kudos is a great tool to keep everyone connected and motivated to reach certain goals in the workplace!

It's like having Facebook with only work employees, the info is great and its nice to see the company congratulate others.

i like that you can see whats going on with in the company and ppl are quick to answer question or just say hi!

I love that I can give my team the right recognition and uplift their spirits when the work assigned is a huge chunk but the team manages and delivers before time. Now to thank each one personally would be a task and emails are something that I personally find boring. So KUDOS ! One stop for happiness and recognition in your organisation.

I very much enjoy using Kudos to praise my co-workers for a job well-done. I also enjoy receiving Kudos as a special recognition for my hard work and then being able to redeem them for gift cards is very satisfying!

I like the convenience of Kudos in that it is easy and quick to send recognition to a co-worker who did a great job. I like the specific tags that you can include to quickly show admiration in one specific area. Most of all, I like the variety of real rewards that can be redeemed. Gift cards from all types of places nation-wide can be redeemed with your Kudos points and there is something for everyone!

I love the concept and don't have any complaints! My co-workers have found difficulty in remembering to give out Kudos but I think this is something that will just have to be worked into the daily system of how we do business.

Using this product is a lot of fun. I also enjoy receiving Kudos from fellow Chewtopians. Makes my day a bit brighter.

We all love kudos! It's always a great feeling to receive a Kudo! We are always acknowledging all the hard work we do through Kudos!! It really is a great tool to have in the workplace. Al ot of times work gets busy and it's nice to give and receive acknowledgements on our hard work!

I don't really have any cons. You get to turn in your kudos and receive gift cards! I'm sorry but i don't have any cons.

It's simple, user friendly, effective, and creates a streamlined way of communication for all employees, and helps boost morale and productivity as well.

Kudos is a fantastic way to recognize our colleagues...and our managers...for outstanding representation, both internally and externally, of our corporate culture and values. The opportunity to recognize acts of both small and large impact enables an inclusive and supportive work environment.

The ability to recognize my co-workers for outstanding interactions, both with me and with others, is such a welcome opportunity. Being able to make everyone aware of their efforts in a public but safe space is a blessing. I am so happy my company chose this method of expanding our culture!

The only con is for the limited categories my company has chosen, but I understand the tie-in to our company values. There is literally nothing about my personal experience with Kudos that I can recall.
