Using this product is a lot of fun. I also enjoy receiving Kudos from fellow Chewtopians. Makes my day a bit brighter.

I love being able to thank co-workers for their help and support. It's a lot of fun seeing the post.

Again! This is a great tool to have and i think all companies should have this tool. It's a great way to acknowledge co-workers!!!

We all love kudos! It's always a great feeling to receive a Kudo! We are always acknowledging all the hard work we do through Kudos!! It really is a great tool to have in the workplace. Al ot of times work gets busy and it's nice to give and receive acknowledgements on our hard work!

I don't really have any cons. You get to turn in your kudos and receive gift cards! I'm sorry but i don't have any cons.

It's simple, user friendly, effective, and creates a streamlined way of communication for all employees, and helps boost morale and productivity as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Kudos. It's simple, and truly creates a more efficient platform for all users.

So far, I have not had any negative feelings or feedback regarding kudos.

Kudos is a fantastic way to recognize our colleagues...and our managers...for outstanding representation, both internally and externally, of our corporate culture and values. The opportunity to recognize acts of both small and large impact enables an inclusive and supportive work environment.

The ability to recognize my co-workers for outstanding interactions, both with me and with others, is such a welcome opportunity. Being able to make everyone aware of their efforts in a public but safe space is a blessing. I am so happy my company chose this method of expanding our culture!

The only con is for the limited categories my company has chosen, but I understand the tie-in to our company values. There is literally nothing about my personal experience with Kudos that I can recall.

Recognize your co-workers, give them kudos for their hard work with this easy to use platform and earn and use points while doing so.

Great way to show your co-workers how much you appreciate them. It's a nice way to recognize the hard work of your colleagues.

It takes a bit of time to figure out how to use the points, but once you learn how to use them, it is easy.

I have used Kudos for awhile now and it makes me feel even more appreciated as an employee by my coworkers and my leaders as well as my superiors.

Easy to maneuver the site and to give a kudos to a coworker or supervisor or anyone within our system. Also Kudos has a great many places to use our rewards which is awesome.

There really wasn't really any cons for the use of Kudos. It really is quick and simple and easy to use.

In summary, I believe this program should be available to employees of all companies. This enables each employee to share an encouraging word or send accolades for a job well done and so many other occasions.

This is a great program for co workers to acknowledge each other with ease. It is an immediate notification and the rewards are great.

I love the program and the ease of use and access. I do not have any cons.

It's a great idea and it's a cool plus in your life work, is that kind of things you really appreciate because not all agencies have.

When you don't have kudos is very sad... the only thing that maybe can improve is in Mexico doesn't have a lot of change options.

Positive reinforcement. Basically it's a communication platform. User friendly software. Very easily we can appreciate peers at work. Can be used on various devices like iOS, mobile web, Android, TV and cards. It helps us to keep our team members highly motivated.

Kudos helps us to focus on employee relationship and organisation culture. Some of its features are deep reporting, communication tools and quickly integration. It also allows us certificates, service rewards and manager badges. It's very easy to manage, flexible and easily customisable.

Everything about this software, I loved it. Nothing to dislike.
