Kudos is very effective for recognizing individuals at work. Often times, hard work goes unnoticed while slacking off is tolerated, but Kudos is a great tool to give someone a shout out whether it is big or small. It also provides a fun medium for developing good work relationships, since you can add gifs, stickers, and emojis - it's an easy way to express your gratitude and make someone's day better. I'm happy with my company's efforts to recognize hard work and foster healthy employee relations, and I think Kudos plays a big role in that.

Sometimes the feed displays posts from weeks or months ago randomly interspersed with current, chronological posts, which makes it confusing.

Easy to use and does not require a VPN connection to access. All you need is an active internet connection. It is the best way of recognizing hard working employees which boosts their morale. You can turn the accumulated kudos points into gift vouchers that can be given to the employees. Kudos tracks the employment history of your workers and usually sends you notifications on their employee anniversary or birthdays.

You must be a member of an organization to use the service. This means an outsider cannot use Kudos to recognize an employee hard work.

Sometimes not enough points for recognition, so need to choose whom to recognise this month.

I love Kudos, I use it everyday and strongly recommend it. It's a great way to express your appreciation to your colleagues and also redeem your Kudos for rewards.

Kudos is a great way to connect with my team and make people feel appreciated. I can redeem for awesome rewards!!! You can send private or public messages and Kudos, it 's a great function to be able to customize the messages.

No ability to edit kudos posts in case of a typo for a post. Need more variety of gifs to add to the post. As an admin, the navigation is slow and needs to be faster.

I am extremely satisfied with Kudos and always encourage my coworkers to participate in activates that will award and to give Kudos points.

There are many things that I like about Kudos! First it is nice to be recognized by the administration and coworker on a job well done. It encourages me to always give my best. It is an easy platform to give Kudos to my coworkers when they also go the extra mile. Lastly there is a great selections of gift cards to choose from to cash in the Kudos points from.

I do not have any complain for Kudos. It is easy to use. Simply select the gift card you are interested and with in minutes you will receive an email with the rewards link.

There're so many options for redeeming your points.

You can't accumulate your points if you don't use it within a month so sometimes if we want to spend more points during a period, we can't do that if we're out of points but sometimes we still have remaining points for a month.

I love that I can give my team the right recognition and uplift their spirits when the work assigned is a huge chunk but the team manages and delivers before time. Now to thank each one personally would be a task and emails are something that I personally find boring. So KUDOS ! One stop for happiness and recognition in your organisation.

I love the concept and don't have any complaints! My co-workers have found difficulty in remembering to give out Kudos but I think this is something that will just have to be worked into the daily system of how we do business.
