I had to call my bank and stop payment. Paid hundreds of dollars for a product that I did not use! Learned my lesson!

They do a good job taking your money.

I've reached out 5 times via email requesting my platform be removed so LearnDesk would no longer pull money from my account. Never happened!

I had a very disappointing experience and would never recommend this service. The lack of communication and support was frustrating, and any attempts to resolve issues were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses. The quality did not match expectations, and there was little to no effort to address concerns. It felt like they were more interested in taking money than providing a reliable or professional experience. Given the poor customer service and overall dissatisfaction, I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are far better options available that actually value their customers and deliver what they promise.

On a search and in a meeting all sounds great, promises made promise good communication have not had a response after months of trying to get a response

When I joined the sales call, their sales representative mentioned the following key items that attracted me to sign up 1) Learn Desk can help me to get more traffic to my program as they have existing students and corporate clients. 2) LearnDesk support is available 24x7.

I decided to give it a try and was able to complete my workshop and publish it at the end Oct 2023.

I started to book calls on - 10 Nov - 20 Nov - 13 Dec - 27 Dec - 2 Jan 2024 and despite someone attending the call, no one was able to advise me about the global catalog or the marketing issues.

I was on a call with Learndesk support on 10 November 2023 and their support team suggested that I email the marketing team. She also mentioned the global catalog where Learndesk can publish my course and see how the traffic is. She will coordinate with the internal team to publish my course in the catalog. I also emailed the marketing team on 11 November 2023 and no one responded.

I waited and still saw no traffic going into my school. In between I booked 4 calls, I waited, and then on 2 January 2024, I booked another call and spoke to a customer support rep.


I then asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of my previous subscription (about 3 months of USD75) as there was no support for me despite having booked numerous calls on the marketing inquiries and global catalog.

The customer support rep advised she will speak to the team and come back to me within the same day (which is supposed to be 2 January 2024) on the cancellation request and she will speak to the team about the refund issue.

NO RESPONSE from them. Despite following up numerous times, the company simply ignored you. Please stay away from this company.

They claim they can drive traffic to your course and their support is 24x7. My experience is not that. Yes, you can book the call but none of the customer support can assist you. Worse they have no idea what you have talked to previous support staff.

We used this service to streamline our registration process for our online training courses. Things started off fine however they quit paying us the fees they collected for our courses. They do not respond to emails/phone calls and cancel meetings when I set them up to discuss with them. They state it is because of 120 day waiting period for chargebacks; however it will be close to a year before we get paid for the courses we have taught. Google LearnDesk reviews before you use the service and save yourself the hassle.

Easy to use and product is relatively cheap. But you get very little for the small price tag. You deal directly with the VP.

Customer service is abysmal and unresponsive. If I could give it a zero I would. They make it sound like it is very user friendly and there are a lot of features, however once you start using it is evident that you get very little for the price and since they are based in another country so do not provide quick turnaround for technical issues.

It is easy to use for me and my students. The assignments and quizzes features are thought through.

I am a teacher and use LearnDesk for sharing assignments and presentations with my students. I am able to even do quizzes. This is helpful.

More documentation and option to add share assignment with all students at once, rather than to select each student separately.

Overall I would say till now, the experience is great. A great place to gain visibility and spread knowledge.

A great platform with great features makes it easier for students to use the software. The customer support provided by the company was great while setting up the courses. I was guided at each and every step on how to upload and publish the courses and gain more visibility. The support team is very patient and polite.

No cons till now. It has been almost 2 years since I am using this platform. I am quite satisfied with it.

I loaded a course years ago and never received a penny in sales. I asked them to remove it 2 years ago and it's still up. They are making money on my course and banking it. Ripping me off.

I have tried for a year to use this product for my video course content and was not able to create a viable workout to make it work because the storage fees for video on their site is way more expensive than anywhere else and I didn't know those fees until AFTER you pay the money. Misleading business practices! Stay away! So basically I paid several hundred dollars and have not sold or hosted one single class. Additionally, you don't get paid until you have made $100 so if you have a small seller and only bring in $80, you won't get it. I really am disappointed, because I really wanted to like this and use it.

I never got to use it - so nothing. I was unable to make this product work for my needs and class content.

Extra Fees for Storage - before you sign up the site says you get unlimited storage, but after you sign up you find out there are FEES for storage so it is unlimited if you PAY for it.

They promised and I signed up. They did not deliver on the promise. I canceled the subscription. They are still debiting me and will not cancel my subscription. This is also called theft.

There was absolutely no benefit to using this platform. They over-promised and delivered nothing. Service is terrible. This is a complete scam.

Most platforms it is really easy to cancel a subscription. It looks like I will need to cancel my bank card to get them to stop charging me for a service I have not used at all.

It is very easy to use and quite intuitive. They provide you with the training though. The software is built so thoughtfully and you can utilize all the features which in turn helps you gain traffic. The team is also very active and helpful. Good experience.

When I decided to take my teaching classes online, I looked at many software and found LearnDesk easy to learn and build my classes. I do live group classes and 1-1 counseling for my students on LearnDesk. This has increased student reach and revenue.

LearnDesk is an amazing software solution for coaches like me. It has easily helped me with scheduling, reminders, and material sharing.

I would like a chat option to be there, but I have been told that it will happen soon.

As a currently licensed Realtor from another state, I have taken other online courses in the past which have offered study helps such as flash cards, printed guides for study, and the ability to print specific pages and search bars so you can locate specific information. LearnDesk offers none of this. I won't go down this path again.

I am currently taking the Florida Real Estate course online through LearnDesk. Your purchase is for the online version the the Principles of Real Estate Practice In Florida book and the ability to read it and take the exams at your own pace. That in itself is fine because to take the exam a student needs a certificate of completion and (hopefully) that is available at the conclusion.

There are no options to print important pages. You can't highlight important information to easily find later. There is no way of searching specific topics, as in finding a correct answer to a quiz question. There is no Glossary or Definition sections that I have found. There is no search bar for quickly finding information.

Happy with the way my live classes are running, helpful for students and to me to deliver to my students.

As a traditional teacher, I am used to face to face classes. During pandemic when this was not possible, I started searching cost effective ways to reach my students. Most platforms are either expensive or not easy to use, when I came across learn desk, I was able to meet both my needs. I have been taking live classes for over 22 months now, and able to share assignments, notes with students. Attendance feature is also important feature that I am using effectively.

I took some time to move my classes to their platform, at that point there was not enough documentation.
