As with every large program, the success is really what you do after the launch with regard to modifications to keep the program fresh and exciting. Level6 did provide monthly recommendations on our program to drive engagement which should have been more closely followed. I would not hesitate using Level 6 again for another program assuming we have a more focused internal staff to manage on a daily basis.

We were able to build and launch a customized loyalty program from the ground up in less than 6 months. Since inception of the program, the team has helped us test new ways to use the site for brand engagement and differentiation. I continue to receive positive feedback on ease of use and responsiveness from the Level6 support team.
NegativeBuilt-in, on-demand admin reporting on the site has been limited. However, this was by design due to the customization that we were prioritizing for our customer front end. The Level6 team has always provided us with the data and reporting that we have requested within 24 hours. They are also working to build customized reporting for our sales and finance admin views which will be great moving forward.
