The Level 6 team has created a program that helps us promote new technology and change buying behavior of our customers. Their services reduce the administrative burdens and can be easily tailored for our market. The tool helps us promote incremental revenue, incentivize customer training and increase customer loyalty.

An aggressive launch campaign is recommended to increase registrations. This was known to us prior to launch, and we were prepared with an appropriate plan.

Level 6 was able to bring a new program to us and our customers that we had not been able to in the past. They have been easy and eager to work with all levels of our organization during the set-up phase and afterwards. Their customized program has been beneficial to our organization as well as our customers.

The program they developed for our organization was not only better than other options pursued, but it has also been managed flawlessly. Everyone we have worked with at Level 6 has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to our needs.

Overall, Level 6 delivered exceptional quality of work on design and launch of our loyalty program. I would strongly recommend them as a partner. As with every large program, the success is really what you do after the launch with regard to modifications to keep the program fresh and exciting. Level6 did provide monthly recommendations on our program to drive engagement which should have been more closely followed. I would not hesitate using Level 6 again for another program assuming we have a more focused internal staff to manage on a daily basis.

Working with Level 6 was extremely easy and fast to deploy. They understood the vision and goals of our loyalty program and delivered exactly as promised on timing and functionality. Costs and support were on target and overall working with their team was easy. Leadership access (Ben and Claudine) was always available and welcome.

Coordinating vision and coordination with our marketing agency seemed difficult from time to time. Not a huge obstacle, but keeping all vendors working together is key for a large organization.

I've been working with Level 6 for 4+ now now building a custom rewards platform for jewelry industry brands to incentivize their retail store associates. I came to Level 6 with a new SaaS idea for something they had never done before, and they translated and implemented my idea into the perfect solution for the jewelry industry. Our platform continues to improve as result of Level 6's proactive steps to make the make it as user friendly as possible. Their customer service, attention to detail and quick response times are as good as it gets.

Level 6 is a serious company that builds serious solutions so its not going to work for those who want to cut corners. It definitely costs money to do it right, but I have always found their pricing to be fair.

Our account manager, Nina, is AMAZING. She has never taken longer than 24 hours to turn around our requests -- and most requests are met in under 2 hours. Additionally, Jon, on the technical side has been a great resource for us when establishing site requirements and ideation of new ways to drive engagement.

I've been working with the Level6 team for 3+ years and always impressed with their work. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We were able to build and launch a customized loyalty program from the ground up in less than 6 months. Since inception of the program, the team has helped us test new ways to use the site for brand engagement and differentiation. I continue to receive positive feedback on ease of use and responsiveness from the Level6 support team.

Built-in, on-demand admin reporting on the site has been limited. However, this was by design due to the customization that we were prioritizing for our customer front end. The Level6 team has always provided us with the data and reporting that we have requested within 24 hours. They are also working to build customized reporting for our sales and finance admin views which will be great moving forward.

Level 6 is fantastic. We found Level 6 after failing with a different vendor for our sale team compensation program. Our project with Level 6 runs smoother, is more productive and less time consuming for our team. Level 6 built our program from the bottom up and it is fully customized to our organization. There has not been a request they could not manage. We appreciate their service a great deal.

While the cost of the program is reasonable, it does take some time to build a solid base of customers actively participating each month. Once you reach the point where the value of rewards exceeds the management fee, the program becomes very sustainable and impactful. That point is where the ROI really starts to show up.

Level 6 provides fantastic customer service. They offer solutions for just about anything you want to do. The best part is, you're not just getting an out of the box solution with limitations. They offer a bespoke solutions that you can custom tailor to your needs and wants. I highly recommend their services; they have been fantastic to work with and have been integral to our business and rewards program.

They offer high customizable platforms. Unlike many others where you get what you get. I have been impressed by Level 6's ability to be nimble and build custom tailored solutions for us. They take the workload off our staff by managing the program as well.

None that I can mention. I can't think of any Con's that this time. They delivered everything that we're looking for.

The main area for improvement would be the speed of portal implementation. While the end product worked as intended, the build and deployment process took longer than expected, which slightly delayed our original timeline.

My overall experience is they are a wonderful company to work with. We had another vendor initially that went with for our sales team commission tool and that did not work out as we wanted. We had experience with Level 6 on another sales incentive tool and reached out to them regarding our need for a sales commission tool. They quickly got an understanding of our needs and developed a tool that we have been using for the past 2+ years. I highly recommend the Level 6 team
