We are a 110+ year old company that had to move on from hand written receipts and the pain of inventory. With Lightspeed, receipts and sales transactions are completed in sections and inventory is a simple print away. We are selling products online and Lightspeed has made it simple to do so. Highly recommended!

Easy set-up, both technology and software. Simple, clean interfaces that anyone with any technology experience can easily navigate. Products were online within a short time of entering them in to the system. Customer service and support are excellent!

A few printing glitches at first but that has since been corrected by their great team!

I am with this product from past 7 years and i am happy like any thing. This is the finest investment done.

You got to know what are you doing in your business and this product lets you know your capacity to perform at your best. This is so reliable in fully busy hours that it become unbeatable in speed.

Payment integration is still pending. Still need to update on payment part but is still better than many out there.

Overall I would recommend this software to anyone, It has been a complete game changer since switching from Windward System 5. Support is always a phone call away too, which is very helpful for myself & staff if we ever have any questions.

User friendly, a runnable report for everything, cloud based, accessible from anywhere. You can easily check inventory anytime, anywhere. Switch between stores and locations with ease. Check daily sales sorted by brand, item etc. Myself and all of my employee's love Lightspeed, it's just been such a huge help in keeping my business running smoothly.

I don't have any Cons about Lightspeed. It's worked perfect for us.

If I had to choose something I would say that it would be great if you could use a keyboard and a scanner at the same time.

It has made running our stores a breeze and managing staff and inventory even easier, would recommend Lightspeed to anyone looking for a new POS software and more like their loyalty and more.

There is much that I don't need with it... but I just don't use those.

I am very happy with LS and the customer service with they provide at any time of day. I am able to run bring my inventory in easy with spreadsheet and it's all there in retail and ecom.

Lightspeed has it all, retail, ecom and POS I did not have to go out and get three different software packages to run my business.

Took a bit to get up and running, take your time, watch the videos. there are some things which are not part of LS and need to be there like GST in the PO section, and few minor bugs when a new feature came out.

This software is by far the best that I have ever used. I have used many different POS and inventory management systems and this is so far above the rest that I do not hesitate to recommend this to everyone regardless of company size or budget. When doing research and looking for a software for our small business, Lightspeed had all the features we were looking for, but when we also found out that it was the best priced, AND had many features we never knew we always wanted, we became customers for life.

Integrated payment processing, many features, user friendly and great customer service. The price is competitive and the reports give you awesome access to real time, useful information. Customer support is 5-stars.

I honestly cannot think of any cons to this software. Every feature I try to think of that I would like for them to have, they have. Just an awesome software with great customer service. No cons!

We use the restaurant POS and it's always met our needs. The iPad solution is mobile, we use it for our catered events, as well as our brick and mortar locations.
They invest heavily in product improvement and have even added features that we personally requested.
Cloud reporting is a must and their solution is functional and easy to use. We can monitor real time sales from multiple locations at once.

Switching system during the holidays wasn’t going to be an easy thing but I am so glad I did. Lightspeed has been there every step of the way. They contact you daily and if you need any assistance they are so fast to find a solution or a way to do things

I honestly have no cons. I was using a different pos system before Lightspeed & i am so happy with the change.

Overall this is a must have piece of software. It is easy to use and you have all kind of statistics at your fingertips.

The ability for this software to have everything is perfect for our business. Inventory, POS, and statistics are all right there and are super easy to use.

The only thing I do not like is that the ecommerce side of the software could be more robust to accommodate more businesses.

Lightspeed has allowed our family-owned company Big Valley Sales to reach a customer base that we never thought possible. Their e-com platform, and their multi-location integration in particular, has made it possible to sell our products all over the world. My grandfather, who started the company 50 years ago, would have been blown away by what Lightspeed has enabled us to do.

We are very happy with our overall experience, especially the level of support we receive in the moment of struggles through the online chat feature.

As new small business owners, we have been really pleased with the level of support we always get from Lightspeed. The chat feature is great and we always get the support we're seeking. We have been very happy with our choice to use Lightspeed.

There is a lot to learn with this system and watching videos or reading articles is not always the most effective approach for learning for us. We understand the need for it, but prefer working through new challenges through an onboarding/Zoom call rather than reading articles.

The customer service is top-notch and their technical support team rocks.

The app for mobile devices can be a little temperamental at times.

Can't say enough about their support. They have it covered in every way. Any questions I have are immediately taken care of. Simple integration to my quickbooks. Inventory is in complete control and simple to maintain.

Service is thorough and efficient. They go through great lengths to get me up to speed.
Inventory is wonderful. reorder notices and accurate counts.
Bar code and scanner works wonders.

My only complaint is having to reset the inventory label printer. More of a network problem on my end though.
I have no negatives. i would prefer it free but you get what you pay for. Lightspeed is well worth it.

My overall experience was great, the best thing of it was the customer service and help they provide on my journey on Lightspeed, they were amazing.

Lightspeed is a great platform for small to medium business, specially if you are brick and mortar because with their POS system they allow you to have an E-commerce website, so it is really cool to have to manage the brick and mortar store and also make the jump to an online business.

There are some themes that doesn't have too much customization and you have to now coding to do certain stuffs.

Payment options and shopping cart are great.

Customer service is great. Website looks good and was easy to setup.

Pricing does not offer more than others. Product listing is low and confusing.

We've been using Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom for 4 years. After coming onboard with them, the link between our web store and our brick and mortar has been very smooth. Using one of their integrated apps (Ikeono) has given us great communication with our customers via text. Also, Lightspeed Retail inventory feature is pretty strong. We truly recommend them.

Lightspeed is very active in bringing new features. Their customer service being 24/7 has been amazing.

Lightspeed doesn't have one on one customization. Like every software, there are small issues that would be great if they could be customizable.
