The eCom integration has been a real bonus for us during lockdown allowing us to give our customers 24/7 access to our store regardless of in person accessibility.

Everything you need is included, no extra modules to purchase to achieve a bare minimum system. Support is great and if you can't figure out settings for your eCom store, they'll set it up for you.

Most of my issues are more related to it operating differently than my old system. Didn't used to allow negative inventory, but that's been fixed.

Their amazing customer service trumps any issues. they have no equal in that department! Ultimately there are some things it would be nice to change, like the ability to make front-end modifications, customizing user roles, and customizing the way some reports display, but that would just be the icing on the cake.

Advanced features and capabilities, responsive customer service, cloud based back-end management, constantly improving.

Need to sign in to the back end to add products (in other words you can't add stuff on the fly). also if you're using a lite server there is a bit of a lag when updating or adding new items. inventory management is not a one-and-done solution, but it helps.

I'm able to keep on data, information, and guest loyalty with Lightspeed. Other system if you decide to leave. They make you either wait for your information or must pay extra for your own data. In today's world, information is everything. I'm very satisfied with Lightspeed for my shop.

Lightspeed is easy to use and easy setup. It a very cost-effective system as I looked at multiple system. They have added on options that help with online order (which I have not activated yet, but I plan to). I'm in the customer service business and having the ability to call George has been a great asset when starting a business. He's made all the difference in the world having Lightspeed.

I would like to be able to customize live reports. Ex. compare hour by hour from last week to this week. Or be able to compare trends from week to week on sale and customer volume.

I love Lightspeed and will keep renewing my contract yearly as I have been for the past five years. They are always willing to work with you. When covid hit things were slow and they called me with a solution to a lot of things that would drive people to my online store. They are more than a POS.

I really like how they are always integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched.

It is a little bit more expensive, but worth it because their customer service is really knocked out of the park.

Lightspeed has helped us grow our sales numbers and increase efficiency. Customer communication is easy and is logged for review at a later date if needed. The analytics add-on has helped us with forecasting and identifying areas of opportunity so that we can effectively strategize.

The constant development of this product and its add-on modules and API integrated affiliates is one of the reasons I switched to this software. 24/7 customer service has been a big help when a question comes up afterhours during a data upload or other product that is best completed off-hours.

There are still some work-arounds. I would love to see a better system for Purchase Order backorders as well as the ability to implement recurring billing for customers.

There are times the system goes down but they are far and few in between. Even when those things happen the system is resilient and you can use the system in multiple ways.

I’ve been a Lightspeed customer for over 2 years and these people really go above and beyond to bring you and your customers the latest and greatest features to you and your customers. When we were deciding what company to go with I knew Lightspeed would be the company to propel my industry into the 21st century!

I love that Lightspeed is down to earth and available to step in and help at anytime. The help desk is helpful and the training team is outstanding.

Lightspeed is a wonderful system for a business that has grown out of its "starter" phase and is looking to expand into the realms of the internet and beyond to a multi-store format. PC and Mac cross-platform compatibility makes is great too.

The report system lacks customization that the older system had.

I would make the same decision again to go with Lightspeed. They have a great support team that is very knowledgeable about the product and is willing to help!

Go thru all the training videos you can, it takes time but it's worth it.

Nothing really. Product is outstanding. Any issues I have their customer services people are there to help out.

We're FootWorks Running, a small locally owned running specialty store in Miami, FL. We switched to Lightspeed about 3 years ago. We looked into RICS and LS and chose LS. We're very happy with the platform and their support staff. I also recommend using Lightspeed Payments. We just switched from Cayan Genius/TSYS/First Data. Our credit card processing is much better now, integrated, and we're not calling 3 different companies for help.

Easy to use. Most of the staff can figure things out intuitively.
Great support staff. Easy to reach via phone or chat.

Can't return an item and mark as defective so it is not added back into inventory. This means the item shows in stock until our inventory manager is able to create a vendor return to remove it from inventory.

We have been with Lightspeed for 3 months now and we love it! POS super easy and friendly to use. Also, their customer service is amazing, always here to help! 100% recommended!!!!

I am happy I made the choice to pay more for Lightspeed as they have allowed me to grow my business.

Lightspeed provides me with a means to have a POS, track inventory, track employee hours, run sales reports, and more from anywhere with an internet connection. I have barely scratched the surface of what Lightspeed can do for me.

Price is high, but it is definitely worth every penny.

I found the whole process from start to finish to be very smooth. Within a couple of days I was making sales and processing orders.

The platform is super easy to use and has all the features I need without complicating things. It was very easy to onboard and get up and running.

The free template for the website leaves quite a bit to be desired, but it's free...

Overall, I highly recommend Lightspeed for anyone whether you are very computer savvy or not. It's easy for me and easy for my staff -- who really are not comfortable doing much on computers -- to learn and to use. The more you play around with the software the better, of course, you become at using it and seeing all the ways it can help your business.

It's simple to learn and to use. I love the integration between my brick and mortar store and my online store. The reporting is very good and I always know exactly how my business is doing compared to any other time period. I needed a lot of help at first and it was always available and the staff were very patient to teach me everything I needed to know to get up and running.

I'd like the Loyalty Program to be more advanced, technologically speaking. I'd like to add photos to my texts. The texting program really brings in customers and makes a big difference. I get pushed a bit too much by sales staff to spend more before I really need to.

Easy to use, quick to learn. Lots of integration tools remove ordering steps. Slightly on the expensive side but in the end it is a powerful tool that is certainly worth every dollar.

Lightspeed streamlines daily operations and allows managers to customize it to maximize work flow. It's a program that makes sales, workorders, and inventory a breeze. Excellent organization and intuitive to use.

Would be nice if there was a rental fleet component and pricing incentives.

The system is great! Highly recommend this! The ease of this makes it worth it. This retail system does it all! It has been a wonderful experience from the start.

The inventory tracking, the invoicing, Quickbooks integration, time clock, rewards program, and the list goes on of all the awesome features! The customer service is top notch, they are always able to help if you have a question or an issue to resolve (which there are not a lot of issues!!).

There is not really anything that I do not like about this system.
