I consider that this platform has been very useful for my technology services company. We are constantly updating our employee roster, which makes our company grow more and more, and we can have much more qualified people than before. The results speak for themselves. Our company has grown essentially in recent years, thanks to the use of this hiring platform, since we have hired very qualified people who help us sell more to potential clients.
PositiveLinkedIn Recruiter has been an essential platform for my company to be able to recruit new employees well and to be able to manage current employees. The things I liked the most were:
1- This platform has a suggestion system for hiring, this way you can find people who are looking for a new job, you can find all kinds of profiles of people located close to your company, this way you can choose the candidate that fits what you are looking for for your company. I really like this feature because it constantly suggests new people to me and this makes it easy for me to find a new candidate.
2- This platform has an interview scheduling function, this function is very important, because when you get the right candidate for your company or for your job position, you can check for a new interview for a specific day and send this interview via email and with constant notifications so that they can show up for the physical interview. I consider this to be one of the most important functions of this platform, since interviews are essential for hiring.
3- This platform is also amazing because it allows you to make comparisons between the profiles of each of the candidates, for example, if you have 10 candidates currently for a specific job in your area, you can compare each of the skills that each of them has and the profiles they have within the social network, in this way you can find the ideal candidate.
4- I also liked that this platform allows me to set up a new job. In my company, it is very few steps, and it also allows me to open or close this position for hiring at any time. For example, I can create a new job in the marketing area, and look for new candidates for this job, and when I have successfully found all the candidates I can pause the offer and resume it at any time.NegativeI have not noticed any type of negative factor or characteristic about this hiring platform, I am very satisfied with the results offered so far, I think that hiring has improved a lot in my company thanks to the use of this platform. Also, I must highlight that the candidate search system has worked wonderfully, and also the interview creation system has never had any kind of failure during the last two years that I have been using this platform, which makes this platform totally reliable without any kind of failures within it.

An Organized Way to Headhunt

PositiveLinkedIn recruiter provides a very organized way to headhunt and search out new candidates. Some of my favorite features is being able to search specific profiles whether that be by area, skill, job title, etc. It makes it so easy to make the possible pipeline smaller and more focused on what I am looking for.
NegativeAny extra that you use on LinkedIn is quite expensive. LinkedIn is expensive to use, but it is worth it if you are willing and able to pay.
