    Summary

    Life changing! The ability to remote in securely gas allowed me incredible flexibility to be present for my family and still accomplish the professional tasks that otherwise would have had to stay late to finish. I am so grateful for the balance this software has afforded me between my personal and work life

    As a medical professional, the ability to securely log in to my patient charts from anywhere in the world has simplified and destressed my life immeasurably.

    Negative

    The jump in subscription from two to five seats, would rather see the option to select exactly the number of seats needed, rather than having to pay for extra unused capacity.

    A lifesaver for work from home during the pandemic!

    Summary

    We needed a remote access system that was simple enough for our non-technical users to use with only limited support and LogMeIn was the answer. Easy to use and very few issues, despite a frantic and harried deployment due to the pandemic.

    Positive

    Super-simple for end-users to get set up. Native two-factor authentication. Group policy controls for Windows enterprise networks. Easy to troubleshoot and support.

    Negative

    Support was slow to respond due to overwhelming requests due to new customers.
