PositiveLike anyone using technology, I've had trouble with my devices in the past. I sought help from IT personnel using the LogMeInRescue product and had incredible success. It allows for multiple access methods, the support person was able to access my device without me being there, and he was able to reboot my device and automatically reconnect.
NegativeIt's a product that's specifically designed for IT professionals. Without IT expertise, I imagine it would be difficult for me to use, should I want to troubleshoot my own device. Additionally, the chat box to connect with the support person is small and in the version we used, we didn't have access to a video conference/webcam for chatting.
