    On the whole, it is an easy to use, straight forward tool to provide support to desktop and mobile issues. It is a well-known product from a well-known brand so a lot of people are familiar with it and trust it. The website is also very clear and straight forward. I would gladly recommend it to anyone who does support.

    1. LogMeIn is a well-known and a well-reputed brand so it is easy to identify and accept.
    2. There is very little need for training. You can learn the application as you use it.
    3. It provides you uninterrupted remote desktop and mobile access and a one-click flow to send across files from the technician’s computer to the customer's computer.
    4. The option to record the entire session and save it.

    Negative

    Very few cons but two nagging issues are:
    1. The remote user's keyboard can sometimes become unresponsive.
    2. It's slightly on the expensive side and you also have good competitors so maybe LogMeIn should rethink their prices.

    It's appropriate for any IT Support association. Technical support to fix PCs. Bolster job for driver issues, for example, a printer, scanner, and other equipment. Assisting with keeping up corporate end-clients. Keeping up a business power that is out and about and not effectively available. We use it to make firmware updates to copiers, set up drivers for printing, arranging email, and sweep to the organizer.
