Overall experience with technical support is very reliable and doable. Customer support has become reliable too.

Adaptability is one thing That is required for any business to run in modern field and LogicalDOC adapted. Prior to update, their customer support was only for Italians or those who know Italian. But as of now, they started offering Multilingual support and that helped us a lot. Their customer support has gotten great and they respond to your queries ASAP.

They do not offer free version but free trials. Their tiers are pricey so that is a problem for small startup like ours to manage.

Works very well with the team and clients for data management and authority passdown. So far, no complaints except the bucks.

LogicalDOC has this feature called 'authority' for admins. Like if you are working in the team and you want to share the confidential data to just selected members, The admin can assign then read or write authority.
So no one outside the circle can even peek at the document making sure that your data is in right hands.

Although their admin features are great but the problem is in their pricing. Like if you want to have a trial version, you can but after that, you have to buy their tiers for continuing services

Our team shows interest using their services and that makes it a long term using partner though their prices are a bit issue here..

They have API integration option too so you can just integrate their system's API in yours to keep the flow of data from a single site. You can handle your files on your screen without actually visiting their site. That's kinda cool. They also provide multi language support.

We are a new start-up so managing our budhet is a bit hassle and I like if they drop their prices a bit. Although their services are great they are pricey.

LogicalDOC is doing very great and is docile. Although the Subscription tiers are overly priced but that's doable.

So far, LogicalDOC has been a good partner for handling private data with doable security. Only the administration has the authority to let selected people from the team to access the documents and manage them.

Their Customer support was not that great in the past because of language barrier. but they offer multilingual support now so only problem is budget.

I like their automated workflow as you can just map the task and processes and the system just automatically routes it to the authorities. and their fully customization feature.. That's kinda user-friendly. And their security is very great for sensitive data handling.

You can be sure that your data is protected no matter the confidentiality. Either it a super top secret or just casual business or project data, LogicalDOC handles everything with utmost Security. Terrible, hardly every worked. Often, outside clients were unable to access the files to which they had access, simply due to the complex navigation scheme that LogicalDOC uses; similarly, they would post documents meant for public consumption in their private local folder where no one but the poster could find it or see it, again because of the draconian menu structure LogicalDOC uses to navigate the file storage tree.

When it worked, it was almost acceptable. It had the features that we needed, namely local and foreign users, user groups, file access permissions controlled per user group with optional cascading down the folder hierarchy, and enough storage for our needs,

The LogicalDOC system is extremely expensive for the value given, as there are many solutions for a fraction of the price that do a much better job. The LogicalDOC system is much more complicated than it needs to be, so it is easy for clients to get lost, to not find what they need, to make mistakes and not know how to correct them. The LogicalDOC support is pitiful, as they always blame the client and never offer to look into and fix the causes of the problems we had. We switched over to another vendor over a year ago, and all of our issues have gone away,

Overall good for medium size Organizations who want to make their organization paperless. It has good workflow and stamping feature free available which is charged by some other DMSs.

LogicalDOC is much better for medium size companies who has around 100 users. Some of features like workflow and signature are good to make paperless the organization.

Usually, different bugs are identified from product which shows poor testing of solution after any version update or changes.

The interface is not very customizable, and some functions are not so easy to use, you need to read the documentation
