    A Practical All-in-One Platform Built for RV Park Owners

    Summary

    LotRush has had a major impact on how we operate Blue Quail RV Park. Before using it, we had only 12 long-term occupied pads and relied on a more manual reservation and check-in process. We now have 30 long-term occupied pads, and guests can complete the reservation and check-in process without us needing to show up in person. It has helped us become more organized, improve occupancy, and run the park with much less day-to-day involvement. For an RV park owner looking to automate operations and grow revenue, LotRush is a very valuable platform.

    LotRush made our reservation and check-in process seamless. Guests can reserve their site, receive the information they need, and complete check-in without us having to be physically present at the park. Since using LotRush, Blue Quail RV Park has grown from 12 occupied pads to 30 long-term occupied pads. The dashboard keeps our reservations, guest information, occupancy, revenue, and park operations organized in one place. It has saved us time, reduced manual work, and made the entire guest experience much more professional.

    Some of the advanced tools take a little time to learn and configure. The platform is also continuing to add features and integrations, but the support team has been responsive whenever we have needed help.
