MacDown takes a great deal of inspiration from Mou, and my goal is to closely mirror its features and capabilities, making adjustments only when I believe they positively impact the overall user experience. While the platform encourages pull requests for aliases pertaining to existing languages, it does not accept new syntax highlighting rules.
