Very open and competetive automation solution
Date: Sep 24 2024SummaryI have migrated about 60 of medium company automation scenarios from Zapier to Make.com and while there was a steep learning curve, after one year since the migration, we are saving 66 % of automation cost and actually we are doing more scenarios and steps then before. The service is very robust and the community is also helpful.
PositiveService is very robust and offers freedom in how you set up your automations. The overall system design makes sense and it is pleasant to work with. It gives you tools to solve problems. It is way cheaper then Zapier. Also Make is not limited by "no code" mindset, I appreciate it.
NegativeSteeper learning curve then Zapier, some IT experience is very useful. It is not trivial to chain scenarios and there is no merge/join node.

Superpower between our Internet Apps
Date: Jun 19 2024SummaryMake.com is easy to use. The App's we use are already connected to make. We use, Google Drive, Gmail, Trello, LeanKit, bexio and Ninox for our business. All of the different apps act as if there was only one software.
PositiveEasy to use, nice interface, good price for the possibilities ones get, no extra documentation necessary, very good problem handling in case of lost connections.
NegativeThere is still room for more connected apps. No other cons.

My Superpower
Date: May 03 2023SummaryAbsolutely core to my business. Could not function efficiently without it at all. Allows me to cut down on the number of tools I need, and also to use the best-in-class tool for each function, knowing I can tie them all together and keep the data out of silos, without having to compromise on functionality with "all-in-one" solutions.
PositiveExtremely powerful with tons of integrations and ability to use APIs of things that don't have integrations yet.
NegativeSome learning curve. But support is super helpful.

The easiest way to connect your apps
Date: Apr 27 2023SummaryIncredible alternative to Zapier. In fact, don't even bother with Zapier when the pricing for Make is much lighter on your wallet and the tools are fun to use.
PositiveI like the visual drag and drop interface for connecting apps. It's simple to see and understand what I need to do to get my data where I want it to go.
NegativeNothing yet, unless they happen to no support a certain app, but I haven't run into that for my needs.
