We added MarkMagic to our main fulfillment facility. It was easy to get started since it is partnered with S2k enterprise. Fairly simple turnkey solution. We were printing our labels within a couple days of installation.

We had to wait for our license so it's not exactly instant. Not really a bid issue with us however.

Very helpful software that works just as it should. Rarely do we have hiccups. The print preview feature is helpful in making sure our forms and labels look right and have the right data connections.

I have started using MarkMagic in 2021 and have found several helpful features within the software. I am using the software to print our product labels initially. It has additionally become useful in printing our invoices.

It can certainly be overwhelming to work with this kind of software. It's not as simple as something like Microsoft Word. However it really gets the job done. And I usually don't have to make any big changes to our files.

We are very pleased with a recent installation of Markmagic in one of our manufacturing centers. I was really impressed with their extensive assistance in setting up special projects. We needed a way to add international Fedex labels to some of our packing lists. Delivery was quick and effective.

Markmagic is very easy to use. Their technical support is helpful in getting an installation taken care of. Once it is up and running, you can start generating your shipping labels without any slow downs.

We had some initial issues getting the installation taken care of. But again, their tech support helped guide us through the process.

Just as stated. We needed a barcode labeling product that could simplify our labeling process, and Markmagic does that. Also their tech support has been responsive and helpful.

Markmagic has simplified our compliance labeling. The process of printing barcodes to meet our customers needs has sped up significantly since adding Markmagic software.

There is not much to dislike. It does exactly what we needed. We did have some back and forth with their tech support when we first got started, but it wasn't too bad.

Great software product overall. It's really helpful that you can manage so many labels so easily. They update their software often so there really aren't any glaring omissions features-wise.

A simple and easy to use barcode labeling tool. We use MarkMagic every day to print our labels. Its easy to design and print labels. Adding barcodes and making changes to existing labels can be done on the fly.

Also, very good tech support. They are so nice and it's really easy to get an actual human on the line quickly. :)

The only thing I can think of is that some of their documentation should be updated.

Awesome overall. Great support. Great product. It gives you all the tools to design and print your labels and forms. Easily integrated into Manhattan WMS.

MarkMagic is easy to use. a helpful label designer is included for free. It was surprisingly easy to get up and running.

Not as intuitive as I'd like in some areas. It's a pretty robust product, so I think I still have a lot to learn.

It's a great product and a great company. Support was there from start to finish. We got up and running faster than I expected, we received terrific one on one attention, and all our issues were handled with relative. It really felt like we got a customized system. Really pleased with the whole experience.

Can't say enough good things about MarkMagic. It works just as we need it to. It creates and prints our shipping labels without really having to do anything. It's working sometimes and I don't even notice it.

Overall very happy with the product. I will say that occasionally we have issues with the labels printing. But, it is usually a printer issue, not MarkMagic.

I am happy with our MarkMagic installation. Additionally, they provide timely support and also have helpful documentation when you need assistance.

MarkMagic has been a great software product for our fulfillment team to use. It has simplified how we produce the shipping labels we print for our outbound shipments. We use their software to generate our shipping labels automatically. We can populate our labels with variable data and design the labels when necessary. The designer is user-friendly and easy to preview labels before printing.

Occasionally labels will not print. Troubleshooting why is difficult if you are printing a label that has numerous layers. Perhaps it needs to be easier to search for errors.

We ship with a lot of companies so a big challenge of ours is to manage the dozens of labels and forms. MarkMagic makes that a lot easier. We have been using it for several years now. It works so seamlessly with our WMS that I often forget MarkMagic is running. Great product.

We have been using MarkMagic for years. It makes it easy for us to create and modify our shipping labels within our warehouse. Their customer support is always available and very helpful, too.

Not much. It is sometimes difficult to set up text blocks I guess.

It is a good product. Training is also very helpful. I would recommend to any company in need of superior barcode labeling software.

Markmagic Barcode Labeling Software is a great tool. We currently use Markmagic to produce our shipping labels as well as our shipping forms. It is being used in conjunction with our Manhattan associates wms. It works well and does not slow our operations down.

It is occasionally difficult to update our more complex labels since they have so many layers.
