I love that it's as so user friendly to use, and very easy to learn. It isn't over complicated and we only need one training session to use.

I don't like that if there's multiple barcodes to scan and it chooses the wrong one to scan, can make it complicated when trying to search for something, should give us the option to choose which barcode we want tor register.

It's a great app, easy to use, sometimes simple is the best!
But the product support i have found to be excellent, the response from a real human was really quick and was nice to know they had further support available to them quickly as well. the problem i mentioned in the "cons" box was resolved within 20 minutes

ease of use, once set up it's a very simple tool to use, there are also links to youtube video guides for all the features that are simple straight to the point and not time wasting at all.

I had an issue with bulk uploading details and it wasn't very clear to me what the problem was, but the live chat support resolved this quickly and provided an explanation as to what had gone wrong for me and how to workaround it

Great app for going digital, especially in residential settings. Prior to Parcel, our tracking system for senior residents involved manually logging items in and out of a binder, which had its own pros and cons. Parcel allows us to better track packages, especially in situations where staff, residents, or couriers cannot provide clear answers. The web browser interface is fantastic for visual learners—you can create customized views to filter what is and isn’t needed.

Images do not always upload after submitting. It would be helpful if the app automatically prompted a photo instead of requiring the extra step to select “take a photo.” Logged items also do not always sync across different users and devices.

We used to track our packages on an Excel spreadsheet (just for our dept.) which didn't help if the package was delivered to an incorrect dept. Now that we use Parcel Tracker anywhere the package is it has been scanned/logged so we can find them quickly and easily.

Able to log both incoming and outgoing mail, ability to add notes regarding the contents of the package, able to download as a CSV file and automated emails to each affected employee.

App cannot be used when WiFi is down, which causes a delay in tracking the packages correctly.

I had fun communicating with the service. I even sent what I need to tell the company about my intention to join the team.

What I easily noticed was, it immediately replied on my query. It even provide where I can connect for my query.

So far, I saw nothing. Except that the service is offline because its Sunday...

makes tracking package easy in case of misplacement, makes it easy to log large number of packages all at once.

this app is extremely helpful when logging in large amounts of package during our most busy time during season. very use to use.

sometime the connection goes in and out "syncing" the packages sometimes takes time.

The app straightforward to use and my business couldn't run smoothly without it. The customer service from the live chat is top notch when required they get things sorted quickly.

The app has recently been updated and made some major changes which has in turn made things a little slower for us when it comes to sorting out our parcels although the team has done their best to bring back some of the old features which I must praise them for.

I really like the app, it helps us as a management company keep track of packages for each building we have. It was easy to have the front desk personnel trained and it is a very user friendly platform.

Personally, custumer service wasnt the best. We were cancel the same day for a meeting 10 minutes before it was supposed to start.

To be honest, I can't thing of nothing. Sometimes it has leggings but just close and open the app and its all done. Not a big deal.

Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.

There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.

There are no major drawbacks to note. While no system is perfect, Parcel Tracker has been reliable and effective, with only minimal room for improvement.

We have struggled in my work place for a while logging parcels and I often get a lot of people come to me and I'm not sure if there is anything for them so this is just what I was after. I like that there is an app and so different members of our team are therefore able to sign parcels in and out.

If you need to document and communicate receipt and pickup of packages across multiple teams, it works great.

It's very easy to setup, works smoothly, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Simple design makes it useful in many settings/applications.
