It's great for keeping a log of all deliveries in a busy student accommodation. Our customers love the ease of the QR code, and all our staff members find the app simple and easy to use.

After using paper records for years to keep a log of parcels in student accommodation, Parcel Tracker has absolutely changed my way of working! It's so easy to see when parcels have been scanned and collected, which is particularly helpful when students query their parcels.

I think the sync between devices could be improved, since we have encountered problems when one device says one thing, but another says something different. Also we'd love to be able to send automatic messages when we scan in letters, since the recipients will still get the QR code saying parcel which is confusing.

A fantastic platform that allows us to correctly manage our parcels, provide great communication to our guests while logging all of those that have been picked up and check how many are remaining.

The simplicity to allow us to track our incoming parcels while informing our guests we have received this. The confidence it has given our guests in managing their parcels correctly with great communication has far exceeded expectation.

Still some sticking issues with camera recognition, but frankly i think this is down to the couriers labels and not the app.

Honestly has made our parcel system so much easier as before we were using pen and paper and it was an absolute nightmare! Now it takes us two seconds to scan the parcel and detects all the information from the label and matches it with the corresponding tenant and notifies them which is much better than hunting from pages and pages of room numbers to see if you have a parcel!

Quick and easy to scan in and out - makes reception job a lot easier - Notifies residents who are given a bar code which makes them feel more secure about their parcels too and photo evidence of what the parcels look like is always a bonus too as helps us locate the parcels if different staff are working.

Very occasionally an email doesn't notify resident.

Does what it sets out to do well, not trying to be too complicated. Hall staff enjoy using iPads to quickly scan and manage parcels.

Online web dashboard with easily accessible admin settings. Customer service with the parcel tracker team has been excellent.

Improvement of syncing between different sites across campus.

Overall we are happy with the product. The simplicity, features, and cloud-based management console are all things we were looking for.

Love the simple use and design. The app is great and very easy to use. The Kiosk is a very welcome feature. The cloud-based management console is amazing. No need to "have" to be on our own network.

Delivering packages should also have the same process as receiving them.
The company needs to accept more forms of payment.

Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.

Haven't encountered many so far. We've had a syncing issue once with the data showing on different devices but that was rare.

We tested Parcel Tracker in some of our buildings at the start and it greatly helped the parcel receiving, collection, and tracking. So we are deploying the system to all of our buildings.

At the moment, we can't mass update recipients to multiple buildings, but ParcelTracker is customising it for us.

Replacing a pen and paper system with Parcel Tracker has made life so much easier for all staff on site because of the capacity of parcels we receive.

It doesn’t work on devices with poor quality cameras.

Overall, the app is really helpful, although ironing out some issues would make it quicker to use. Adding a feature to scan multiple packages for the same person would be helpful. Also making it so that if the bar code and name are both visible in the same scan, you don't have to take two scans would save time.

Parcel Tracker is essential in letting our residents know if we have their parcels and also to keep track ourselves. It is for the most part easy to use and very helpful.

The app can sometimes be slow and difficult to use.
It would be helpful to have features that allow for multiple packages to be scanned under the same name at one time, rather than all individually.
Sometimes the app is difficult to scan bar codes with.
Once you have scanned the name you then have to scan the bar code which can be time consuming and sometimes the app gets confused and starts using the text again and finding a different person. It would save time if the scanner picked up the barcode and name in the same scan if the are both in shot and gave you the option to notify from there.

Overall it is really easy to use and works really well in our post room, it has really streamlined our process.

Parcel Tracker makes logging parcels in and out really easy. Everything is tracked on the system so you can keep an easy eye on how many parcels you have and if anything isn't being collected. It also takes a picture so makes it easier to find things.

A way to change the email you send for different groups of people would be great, but it's not a major issue.

Parcel Tracker has helped me (as a property manager) to track down missing packages, makes it easy to find who had package most recently.

Notifications are great, my mail person scans packages upon receiving and I am automatically notified. Search abilities are convenient as well.

If I have to review it i would say excellent. It has got bit of everything. Showing the parcel's image is another best thing with this app.

I use Parcel Tracker on a daily basis and would recommend this to other companies who are trying to find an easier way to log parcels.

The best part about Parcel Tracker is that it will give you the option to change details directly on the app instead of sending you to a web page. It is a quick and efficient way of scanning parcels as I work in a student accommodation and receive up to 80 parcels some days. It brings up the students room/name straight away and makes it easy for us to track if any parcels have gone missing or haven’t been collected.

Sometimes the app crashes but apart from that it is very user friendly!

Overall it's an ok product when it works but it's a nightmare when it doesn't. I would love to see the scanning of parcels made easier.

Very quick when it comes to the collection side of the software as long as the QR code is available from the guest.

Very slow at scanning the parcels in, sometimes double scans the same item as well as sends the wrong recipient a notification.
