This app has made my job a lot easier, photo feature is very helpful when identifying parcels.

The training was very straightforward and i started using it as soon as the training was over so it has stuck well.

It is a great way to ensure parcels are accounted for and give to the right resident. It is also a great way to remind our students that they need to come down to the reception and collect all their parcels.

The email to the resident tends to get put into residents junk folders, I am not sure of a way around this though.

Overall the team is extremely satisfied with the service and we're using the reports to continuously improve our processes.

Switching from a paper-based process to a digitised system, reduced the time we spend monitoring incoming and outgoing packages to less than half. The camera scanning is great, because typing names on the keyboard can become hectic on handheld devices.
The team was also helpful when we asked for email customisation, and it was done swiftly on their side within an hour.

We initially had some issues with the iOS app which was slow at pushing the data to the web platform. However, this issue had been solved in little time and has been working fine ever since.

The first email sent to the tenant does not explain what the company is and some are confused by it.

I wish you could take photos of items without QR/barcode.

Great tool and such a useful addition and game changer for all our site teams! It's helped our staff save up so much time and has improved the way they can log deliveries in their buildings for students and make it a lot more seamless. They now have more time to focus on other tasks thanks to Parcel Tracker :)

Found software to have a few bugs and freeze sometimes but it's early days!

Pleased with the product as it frees up a lot of our staff's time to focus on other tasks and offers peace of mind that parcels are being logged properly.

Friendly interface, easy to navigate. Helped our accommodation teams log and track parcels in a more efficient and easier way, less time consuming too!

Sometimes the app crashed on the phone while using it. Some of our staff have noticed that it cannot be used simultaneously on different devices by different team members as it will crash or log them out whilst being used.

I am very much pleased and happy with it. My overall experience is that i am satisfied with it because of simple and handy use.

This is quite simple to use and helpful for the beginners also. I'm a student of life sciences, but it is sometimes very much useful to me.

I'm not a tech guy so can't give you the proper feedback to how to improve it.

Overall im really glad we have this system, the tenants and staff love it, perfect for our industry.

this is ideal if you work in student accommodation, everything is clear and easy to use, the students really like it, it is fast than you think too!

better for bigger buildings, and you do need to carry your phone with you. sometimes there are staff members left alone who dont usually hand out post get caught out and cannot hand out post cause they dont have the app but easily sorted

I think that it’s great app and it’s so much easier. Overall I think it’s a good app and we should use it more.

It’s good because I know when I have a parcel and it’s all ready for me when I come to reception. Good app.

Can be time consuming and some people don’t receive emails.

Overall great experience, saved a lot of time, saves space because parcels are picked up frequently, If there are questions on a package we can go back and see the whole chain of custody.

Saved us so much time and headaches, we used to have to write everything down on paper, either have to manually email each recipient or wait until they showed up, the mailroom was chaotic and parcels would just pile on and on, and things would frequently get lost.

Now we just scan each parcel and it automatically notifies the recipient, it keeps track of everything under our account on the web app and we are able to go back and search packages.

Nothing that wasn't fixed with a quick update after raising it to the support team.

I'd describe it as positive and i would recommend this app for any company dealing with large amounts of delivers. It can be used for letters as well, no reason to just use it for parcels.
Also the company are pretty good as spotting if there is an issue and contact you first, that is some top notch customer service.

I like that it takes photos of the Parcel, it means we have a visual record of what we receive so if a mistake is made we can go back and check it. I like that we can add multiple people in one go but to add a singular person it is easily done on the app without needing to go to the web page.
I like that I can just scan the name.

Sometimes if there isn't a bar-code it wont let you take a photo. So when more personal packages arrive they tend not to be documented as well. I think normally hand written packages and that don't include QR codes or bar-codes are probably more valuable because they are sentimental rather than financial.

Quick easy app to use, for all your packages, would highly recommend for any business with lots of parcels.
