A very great product that I will recommend to anyone who is looking to make parcel tracking and collection seamless.

The parcel tracker is such a fantastic tool to have especially in a student accommodation where we receive a large volume of parcels daily. Using this tool has made my logging and notifying students about their parcels very easy. Gone are the days of sending emails for parcels collection. A quick scan of the parcel(s) is a lot more efficient and is done in a matter of seconds. Having to scan the notification barcode when the student comes to collect the parcel adds a great level of security and ensures only the owner of a parcel (who had received a notification) collects the parcel.

None that I have experienced so far. The product has worked very well and thus far met all my needs.

Parcel Tracker has changed the efficiency with PBSA properties across the country for logging and informing tenants of the arrival of their parcels. Linking both the speed and GDPR security from end to end communication, it ticks all the boxes.

Great communication for initial set up and training from the team, and package provided to suit the needs of the business.
Ease of use throughout the portfolio for both managed users and tenants.
Monitoring of stock within the parcel room.
GDPR digital signatures for security.
Ability to add/amend properties listed with Parcel Tracker aligning with the growth of the company.

Small amount of manual input through CSV upload following new residence arrivals - no direct connect to tenancy portal used.

The overall product is great would not use anything else! I would 100% recommend this to anyone! Thank you.

The training was clear and helpful and all communications when setting up as being seamless.
It has proved a great solution and cannot wait to implement it throughout our company.

The app is so easy to use, no need to input information it’s uses the information already provided on the parcel.
Multiple people can use the same app.
It allows you to amend the email sent as notification which is a great extra tool of communication.
It gives you the option input a ‘nickname’ which for many of our residents is very useful.
The best thing for us is we are no longer searching for parcels that have not arrived and the picture of the parcel received also allows us to easily find the parcel.

No disadvantages so far we will have a better idea when implemented further.

Love the idea and would recommend to anybody, saved me so much time and students are very pleased too.

Super easy to use, very common sense, intuitive interface. Don't have to search the system for students email address as its all in one place.

Sometimes freezes and have to restart but not a major issue, takes seconds to do.

Overall this is the best parcel tracker software I have used. It is better than Dwellant to scan parcels and no extra hardware is needed.

Needs to program software that can be used in mac. Little pricy for a small organization.

It sends an email notification when the parcel is scanned by reception.
It also sends an email notification when the parcel is collected and gives how many parcels need a collection or how many have been collected.
It also lets the reception team send a picture of the parcel via email.

Once the parcel is scanned then that's it. there is no undo option. If the parcel is scanned on a different person's email address then it doesn't let me go back and delete the log. The email gets sent immediately and if the parcel is taken off the system then it immediately sends an email saying the parcel has been collected when we are only trying to delete the wrong log. Sometimes it doesn't scan the barcode and sometimes it doesn't give accurate personal detail.
The main Con is that it only operated in android and we had an apple iPad for the concierge to use.
It is expensive for small offices or small residential building.

My overall experience has been great, I've been using Parcel Tracker for a while now and I'm very happy I picked their solution over the others that I was looking at!

The support team at Parcel Tracker are top notch. They are available to guide you through their very streamlined setup process for their platform and are available with any questions that I might have for them, pretty much instantly.

Not many cons i can think of, I was writing this just because I was some impressed with how they guided us through setup and helped us out when we needed it.

I would recommend it as it's exactly what it's needed in a student accommodation.

If you have a lot of parcels the app sometimes freezes.

I was very reluctant at first thinking this will take ages to use will add time etc etc etc BUT actually its the opposite, and because I enjoy using it I don't mind using it.
We only got trained yesterday and are using it like pro's already.

I think we are still new to this so navigating our way around the app, but still not hard to figure out things.

Other than that is is a great app that I think really improves organisation skills in an office or accommodation environment!

Before parcel tracker there were multiple parcels left in the office, with people not knowing what they look like or if they have came, since I live in communal accommodation. Being a student ambassador, I have to give out and monitor parcels and parcel tracker makes this easy and simple!

Sometimes the app lags and takes a while to load names as well as sometimes not scanning the QR code properly.

Positive overall product experience. Very easy to use software. I find the support team to be very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries.

I work in Student Accommodation. Prior to Parcel Tracker, we had a time consuming system of scanning parcels, generating barcodes, printing them off and sticking them onto the parcels.

Parcel Tracker is east to use. Simple user interface. Updated regularly. Arthur and his team are always on hand to help and support.

I don't have any cons to report. Any issues I have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the support team.

Overall, this app has been such a godsend for us. We get an abundance of parcels everyday for students, and the simplicity of this app has taken a 2 hour task into 30 minutes.

The one thing with the parcel tracker app is that is often doesn’t scan with the light shining through. But it’s not a hindering issue really as we just ask the students to bring their phone I bit forward :)

I have a positive experience with Parcel Tracker. I plan on using it to locate my packages whenever I have a tracking number that isn't immediately clickable.

I like how I'm able to insert any tracking number and it pulls up the correct one; it provides results quickly and saves me the hassle of going to each individual site. I like how I'm able to share the results via messaging apps if I want to.

I can't think of any cons, since the site seems to do what it sets out to do effectively and without any issue,

It works okay for daily use, but it does have a few negatives that do create some annoyances for the individuals using the app.

It does allow for a good amount of both recipients and users, and easily uses your cell phone to scan in the packages. It also captures an image of the package you're scanning to make it easier to find if you have a lot of packages on hand.

Does not always sync correctly between everyone's devices. It is also very time-consuming and difficult to do any sort of package audit if you are trying to delete out packages that have been picked up but were not scanned out of the system.

It has been a good experience overall. I like that it notify s people with a QR code. It is also very convenient that it can be used with a phone.

The software is very easy to use and it is also fool proof. Even people who are not used to using technology can easily pick it up with some practice.

The app does not refresh when parcels are given out.

It is nicely designed app and very user friendly. Student's really like that they just have to show the QR code and they can get their parcels easily. Using new technology even for small tasks shows that the company is modern and follows the trend, which is also good for the image of the company I work for.

Very user-friendly and straightforward app with nice design. Extremely modern approach of handling parcels. It makes the parcels look up easier by using the pictures we have to take when processing them and displaying the room numbers on the top. Very quick system, students are notified straight after we process their boxes. The QR codes can be scanned easily even with blurry, not well lit screens. Provides a very easy collection procedure. Easy to handle the recipients' email address changes on the phone.

You can scan the same parcel twice, the system does not recognises if you processed the parcel already.
Anybody could collect the parcel if they had the QR code, so we had to start asking for IDs again to make sure students are not collecting each other's parcels.
There is at least 3 of us during the day who handles parcels and it is time consuming to type in our email addresses and passwords every time we use the device after each other.
