Other than that is is a great app that I think really improves organisation skills in an office or accommodation environment!

Before parcel tracker there were multiple parcels left in the office, with people not knowing what they look like or if they have came, since I live in communal accommodation. Being a student ambassador, I have to give out and monitor parcels and parcel tracker makes this easy and simple!

Sometimes the app lags and takes a while to load names as well as sometimes not scanning the QR code properly.

Positive overall product experience. Very easy to use software. I find the support team to be very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries.

I work in Student Accommodation. Prior to Parcel Tracker, we had a time consuming system of scanning parcels, generating barcodes, printing them off and sticking them onto the parcels.

Parcel Tracker is east to use. Simple user interface. Updated regularly. Arthur and his team are always on hand to help and support.

I don't have any cons to report. Any issues I have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the support team.

Overall, this app has been such a godsend for us. We get an abundance of parcels everyday for students, and the simplicity of this app has taken a 2 hour task into 30 minutes.

The one thing with the parcel tracker app is that is often doesn’t scan with the light shining through. But it’s not a hindering issue really as we just ask the students to bring their phone I bit forward :)

I have a positive experience with Parcel Tracker. I plan on using it to locate my packages whenever I have a tracking number that isn't immediately clickable.

I like how I'm able to insert any tracking number and it pulls up the correct one; it provides results quickly and saves me the hassle of going to each individual site. I like how I'm able to share the results via messaging apps if I want to.

I can't think of any cons, since the site seems to do what it sets out to do effectively and without any issue,

It works okay for daily use, but it does have a few negatives that do create some annoyances for the individuals using the app.

It does allow for a good amount of both recipients and users, and easily uses your cell phone to scan in the packages. It also captures an image of the package you're scanning to make it easier to find if you have a lot of packages on hand.

Does not always sync correctly between everyone's devices. It is also very time-consuming and difficult to do any sort of package audit if you are trying to delete out packages that have been picked up but were not scanned out of the system.

It has been a good experience overall. I like that it notify s people with a QR code. It is also very convenient that it can be used with a phone.

The software is very easy to use and it is also fool proof. Even people who are not used to using technology can easily pick it up with some practice.

The app does not refresh when parcels are given out.

It is nicely designed app and very user friendly. Student's really like that they just have to show the QR code and they can get their parcels easily. Using new technology even for small tasks shows that the company is modern and follows the trend, which is also good for the image of the company I work for.

Very user-friendly and straightforward app with nice design. Extremely modern approach of handling parcels. It makes the parcels look up easier by using the pictures we have to take when processing them and displaying the room numbers on the top. Very quick system, students are notified straight after we process their boxes. The QR codes can be scanned easily even with blurry, not well lit screens. Provides a very easy collection procedure. Easy to handle the recipients' email address changes on the phone.

You can scan the same parcel twice, the system does not recognises if you processed the parcel already.
Anybody could collect the parcel if they had the QR code, so we had to start asking for IDs again to make sure students are not collecting each other's parcels.
There is at least 3 of us during the day who handles parcels and it is time consuming to type in our email addresses and passwords every time we use the device after each other.

What I enjoyed, about this App, was just how easy, and fast it was to utilize it on my cellphone for purpose of daily incoming chemicals and any other type of UPS, FedEx, and DHL big or small deliveries that our department would received for our researcher staff, in the field of Biology.

Our lab members have shared their experience that they enjoyed the new system where is now paperless and no signature are required. Our lab members shared on how they enjoyed receiving an email confirmation once there package arrives to their floor. The accuracy is on point.

It also fast, and easy to back track the deliveries history, sometimes lab members misplace their package. It was a good demonstrate, and back it up with the history. Great job parcel tracker.

Paperless, no signature required, fast and easy to use on your cellphone. This apps is a time saver.

After using the app for almost 2 months. So far, we haven't come across any cons yet.

Definitely an asset! Would always choose this over any logging system I've used previously any day!!

We switched over to the system earlier this year & honestly it was the best decision ever! Makes logging over 500 parcels a day that much easier.

Sometimes the app can run if you scan too many in one go but that's easily fixed with sending notifications regularly!

I found the tracker very easy to use for both myself and the students involved.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the tracker.

We introduced to our business approx. 6 months ago. This is a very easy to use software, which makes our parcel delivery process more professional and is well received by our customers.
Our business manages a lot of parcels for c100 customers, we have found that this is a really good addition to our business. The customers particularly like that they receive a notification with a photo of the parcel label. We feel more in control and can extract data from the system e.g. to see a particular customer parcel flows.

* Able to monitor closely all received parcels, by customer if needed
* Support is first class, they really want to help you and improve their product. You raise an online chat and then speak to one of the developers that is genuine and interested to help you.
* We have the system installed on multiple devices, using both Desktop PCs & IPads to monitor.

No issues at all!

It has been brilliant, since having the app and the phone set up, we are signing in and out parcels within 20 mins which usually would have taken us a whole day to sing in parcels one by one and sign out.

The ease of using the app, notifying residents which gives a smoother exchange between the staff and residents.

Wish we had it sooner to help with notifying our residents faster.

Overall, I would certainly recommend using Parcel Tracker to people in any industry. I believe time is money, and PT will save you loads of time!

Sped up everything about tracking and collecting my packages. No longer had to go through the pains of manually tracking, just scan and go!

Some confusing user interface points that seem to be being addressed :)

Overall better than a manual system, but a few other areas need to be perfected to speed up the process.

Our previous manual system was very slow in processing parcels for residents. This definitely speeds up the collection process and informing residents a parcel has been delivered.

Sometimes scanning a label takes a long time and quicker to manually input the residents name.

We implemented Parcel Tracker at a large private accommodation and found that it improved our mail processing almost overnight. Great support from Arthur and the team, we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Parcel Tracker sports an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal training. The photo reader is accurate and quick to pull up the correct individual for each address.

Automatic notifications to residents fast-track collection. The collection process is QR code driven, minimizing the need for extended administration.

Adding and managing team members + permission levels is initiative and simple to use.

When adding more than 15 - 20 parcels at a time the app can slow down, though this may be related more to the hardware than the software itself.

We love the software, it's been a game changer.

It's super easy to use and just works every time. Point the camera at the parcel, press the button and bam, the parcel is logged and the relevant recipient is notified.

Easy! - So much better than any other previous methods that we have used before. I like the fact that we no longer have to get the students to register to get set up to get parcels.

A few too many steps for collection having to sign for it etc.

It's such a great app - super easy to use! it is so easy to show others how to use also and makes scanning mass parcels so easy during busy times!

It's is such an easy system to follow, makes it really simple for people to come down and collect parcels when they arrive. we can easily can them in and they are alerted to come and collect straight away.

When scanning a few parcels in it can be slightly slow, this is soon rectified by closing down the app and re-starting!

So quick and easy for both staff and customers! The process of sorting parcels is no longer a hassle. We receive a high volume of parcels daily and this app has saved so much time in processing them. The program itself and back office are very user friendly even for those who aren't as computer literate as others.
