Parcel Tracker has saved us lots of time compared to when we used to record parcels in a book. Our residents have told us they like the Parcel Tracker service because they get notified as soon as their parcel is processed in Reception.

- Makes managing a high volume of parcels much quicker and easier.
- Looks more professional to customers.

- Needs to be easier for users to differentiate between the 'notify' and 'collect' tabs in the app, perhaps different colours.
- Not immediately obvious to new users about completing all of the steps when someone is collecting a parcel, so sometimes parcels have still been showing even though they had been collected.

Very good, no issues so far. The system is quick and receptive. Making it easy for both staff logging and tenants collecting.

Easy to use interface, simple and quick logging in and out. Statistics about logged parcels and pictures of each logged parcel make it extra simple and effective.

No option to sign for every collected parcel at the moment.

I would definitely recommend parcel tracker to other people and companies.

I found that when training other people on how to use parcel tracker they were also able to quickly get the hand of it.

Some of the features change quite regularly. I like the frequent updates but can be a bit difficult to keep track of sometimes.

Easy app to use and provides lots of info needed when dealing with parcel collections/deliveries.
Customer service is also really good from Arthur. He is quick to reply and solve issues.

Changing from Log screen to Collect screen could be faster.

I think this process is much faster and easier in general. It has made our lives better as the parcel room is much less cluttered and this is good for us.

It saves us so much time as students are notified in time and they come to pick up their parcels almost immediately so we don’t have much clutter in the room.

We’re required to do multiple scans of the parcels and this is a bit of a long process.

Unbelievable wish we had got this sooner it's a time saving life saver. I would recommend this system to anyone, its something else.

Using this new system is a time saver and makes finding parcels so much more easy and quicker no fafing about no stress, its so simple its great.

Very user friend app easy to install and to add all information I have been using this service on a daily base for work and I can really say it is fantastic part of my daily kit to log parcels for all our residences.

I really like this app very simply to keep track of all our parcels as I receive over 50 parcels a day.

Amazing makes life at work so much easier and actually quite fun! Very helpful as presents the name and room number so I can find the students parcel.

This has been great to use in student accommodation as it so quick and easy to scan multiple parcels at once. Once they are scanned this notifies the student of a delivered parcel and they then come to collect with the barcode sent out to them. This makes it easier for me if they have a barcode rather than trying to communicate and find proof of their room number. Once I scan this barcode with the app it tells me their room number and name straight away so I can find their parcel.

No issues with this app and very easy to use didn’t take long at all to understand how it works.

I would say overall the experience with it has been good. It is easy to operate and while problems do occur they are relatively minor and easily solvable.

I like that the process for using it is fairly simple. A simple scan or search allows you to input a package with ease.

The app does have its issues with keeping up to date or loading all packages scanned. It often sends out incorrect information to residents about the number of packages that we hold for them.

I have really enjoyed the short time I have used parcel tracker as it has helped making the process a lot easier, and it means that it is known straight away whether or not the parcel is there for the student.

I really enjoyed how easy it is to see if a parcel has been delivered. It makes it a quicker process, as well as allowing for less error to be made while handing out parcels. It also has a very easy to understand interface, and it takes no time at all to figure out what to do with the app.

The students sometimes were confused by the parcel tracker email, perhaps it would be better for the tracker to correspond to the company name to help those picking up the parcel understand better.

Very good system, saves a lot of time and so easy to use you'll be logging parcels in minutes.
Just the name scanning that sometimes lets its down as it really seems to struggle with international names, otherwise this would be an easy 5 stars!

Easy to use.
Good User Interface, takes minutes to learn what you are doing and start logging parcels.
Time Saving, this has saved so much time for me as it takes very little time to log parcels.
Emails residents so no need to do this yourself, you just scan and wait for the residents to come and get their package.

Name scanning does not always work which can be frustrating but it is very easy to manually enter information to find the correct resident.

Can be slow updating sometimes so you have to force update the server more than I would like.

Much easier to use than our old system. The students don't need to do anything in particular, which is half the battle in accommodation sites! Simple and easy app.

The student has to sign for the parcel on the reception mobile, have to clean the phone after every touch for covid safety reasons.

It has really improved our daily tasks with our parcels, as we have students who order a lot of parcels from different couriers the app has allowed us to become for efficient with our parcel logs. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of an app to make their lives easier.

Parcel tracker has enabled us to be more efficient and productive. Would really recommend it for any establishment that is dealing with parcels on a daily basis, especially with large quantitatives.

It is quick and easy to use, it has cut the time in half what we would spend before processing the parcels.

It would be good to set up signature when each parcel is collected, not just the first time.

Really logical system when you log on the home page right up until you scan the bar code it comes up with the students names, its very easy to use.

I don't like the loud beeping when you scan a parcel or if there is an error, its very loud.
