Overall, love Parcel Tracker! Very quick and easy and you can access it on a desktop or through the app!

Parcel Tracker changed my building company’s mail experience! We are able to keep track of all the packages we get and we are able to notify our residents as soon as we get them! No more lost packages or having messy inventory!

The con I have isn’t with Parcel Tracker , it’s just with the recipient of a package not checking the notifications we send out.

The program is so easy to use for our non-profit organization. It was so smooth and made tracking easy!

Parcel Tracker has made logging parcels a much less daunting task. It has allowed for greater efficiency in the work place. I can’t praise it enough.

Parcel tracker is a time saver and makes logging a number of parcels easy with its great user Interface allowing for much less human error. It saves me about 30 minutes every day!

The only issue to deal with is that the system sometimes struggled with matching names from the parcel to those on the system. Upon a second try however, this is usually resolved.

Really fast and easy to use, we get over 400 parcels daily so works perfect.

The speed of logging all our parcels is efficient.

Easy to use with a very user friendly interface that allows you to process and monitor your parcels quickly and accurately.

Sometimes the tracker isn't able to scan the recipients details accurately but this is only happens very rarely.

The product is very simple however, has solved a big issue for us in handling 100's of parcels in a week.

The tech support has been excellent - a process made simple - would definitely recommend!

Very user friendly. Parcel Tracker has increased productivity as teams are not spending time processing parcels in the same way.
The software has made the process much smoother for our students to collect parcels as they are instantly notified of how many parcels they have in reception with a full log.

Deepfinity parcel tracker has halved the time taken to log all of our residents post.

I really like the online Admin feature for adding new residents and changing resident details quickly and easily.

Would like to see an Offline feature as if the internet drops out we get some residents not receiving their QR code.

Overall the system is easy to use and answer the needs of package management. Fixing the few quirks will definitely make the experience better.

The idea of having an app on the phone that enables you to log in the packages is very convenient. The interface is easy to use and user friendly.

However, the two main issues were that the number of packages delivered won’t update automatically . Every time a different staff member accepted a package not all users were updated. In addition some residents received multiple notification for one package.

Brilliant for managing our 450-student accommodation. Students come instantly and collect their items so we do not over accumulate parcels over time. We take pictures of parcels which makes it faster for us to locate the parcel in the room. Overall great solution for us.

It has really speeded op the process of scanning parcels when they come in. Can do it with a phone in my hand and not opening the computer. It also sends people notifications straight away so our parcel room has never been emptier, students don't need to download any apps or whatever so its also easy for them.

Not really a massive problem but for us scanning barcode is not necessary, sometimes it still requires scanning barcode when the option is switched off. However, it isn't that much of a problem

I am building manager in a large complex in Sydney. I would highly recommend Parcel Tracker it has revolutionized how concierge work, they can spend an hour and half on parcels rather than 8 hours, the residents love it, because they get their parcels much quicker. its super efficient, and easy to use. It has saved the building a lot of money as concierge can now reduce their hours or put more time into other projects in the building. It also massively reduces the human error element as it tracks and logs each parcel - making parcel tracking more secure.

Simple, easy to use, massive time saver, easy to set up. It frees up concierge to be able to work on other projects.

Over all very good experience with Parcel Tracker. like using it for the features of tracking and size of package.

I like that you can track packages on the website and or on your phone/tablet. I like that you can search for someone's package.

Trying to find the right name of the person receiving. Because we have so many residents with similar names and in the same buildings.

I was actually a little bit skeptical about whether it would save us time but it definitely does. A great all round app.

From the time we met the team from parcel Tracker they made it so simple to follow and set-up.

Quick and easy and user friendly , the question is why aren't you using this app.

There are no cons to using this system.

The bar scan can be difficult.

Overall, it's been a saint having the App. Without Parcel Tracker it would take up most of the day just for parcels, as we can sometimes get 50-60+ in a day. Even with the issues that sometimes occur, there is always a workaround, i.e. being able to manually sign off parcels if recipient is unable to find the email.

Before using Parcel Tracker, it was a bit of a nightmare having to write down the details for each parcel that was delivered - with Parcel Tracker it's much more efficient and much less time consuming.

When scanning the first couple of parcels in a day, it can sometimes be quite laggy.
I've also had an issue where, rarely, it wouldn't scan a parcel, even when scanning the Barcode for a while. Unable to recreate but it's only happened a couple of times.
Lastly, there's been a few times where the recipient hasn't received the email from parcel tracker, or they've received it much later/after they've collected the parcel.

It's been a pleasure using the system so far. It's user-friendly and simple. I wish it would be more advanced and I'm waiting for the new updates.

I like how the system (most of the time) finds a recipient of the parcel automatically and the process of assigning one is quick and simple- exactly how it should be. You can mark the parcel as damaged at this step and add a picture which comes in handy.

I think it lacks a few features, such as deleting a parcel that has been assigned by an accident. The recipient should have full visibility of this and the assignee should be able to leave comments under such action.

Overall I am very pleased with the ease and effectiveness of this app!

I think it's really showed us how often and when we receive the most parcel , which is really useful!

Quick and effective app, we use this at a student accommodation for all parcels during the day. Our students find it to be really quick and our staff found the training to be really simple to learn!

I would say my only issue is that it often doesn't work on IOS , but as we have an android on site its been no bother.

Perfect experience really helpful staff will continue to use and hope to have a long future with Parcel Tracker.

Time, Ease, Cost, Staff friendliness, support the parcel app works perfectly on Android highly recommend.

Slower on IOS, android is perfect though, would like to see more filters.

I find it helpful for our business - it prevents time consumption when we have to scan over 200 parcels a day.

Sometimes the app will not identify the parcel - but then you can also still manually track the parcel.

Brilliant, I would advise anyone to get this. It just makes life so much easier. It's so straight forward to use.

It has made life so much easier and quicker.
It works efficiently, so far no hiccups. It picks up residents rooms numbers and names with ease, even with the smallest amount of information.

At the moment there are no cons to this product. Its just so easy to use.
