It has made my role easier in regard to the organisation and management of the mailroom. 10/10 would continue to use.

I really enjoyed the user interface that this service provided. Very very user friendly and not at all a chore.

Overall its a great app. Easy to use and update. We have to use it daily and rarely have issues would recommend to others.

I love that we can scan in and scan out the parcels with the code.
Admin input all of our residents into the phone and its easy to amend details hen needed.

Sometimes it doesn't scan out parcels correctly and tells people in the email they have more parcels than they actually have.

I would overall recommend this software as a huge helper to your business operation. It is user-friendly, and really convenient.

I enjoy using Parcel Tracker, software is really intuitive and easy to use. Makes receiving and delivering parcels a fun and organized process. It made our daily operations substantially easier.

There's always room for an improvement and the design could be more modern, if we are nit-picking.

It is so much better than our previous system, and easy to use with plenty of support. It really speeds up logging parcels when receiving large amounts.

Easy to use and saves a lot of time when you have a large number of parcels. I also like that you can add detail to the parcels, such is it being damaged and the size to help the customer determine if they need assistance in collecting the parcel.

Sometimes the screen does freeze and you have to start again.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this to people who have an office with a lot of employees or complexes with residents who pick up their mail from a front desk.

Finding out about parcel tracker was a great experience for me. I didn’t know notifying a huge amount of customers would ever be this easy.

Although this service was great for notifying, I realized that sometimes when I check people out, it doesn’t reflect on the app.

Definitely recommend this app to anyone that has large volumes of parcels delivered. There is support available too if needed. Also liked how we had personal training to show us how the app worked.

I love how it takes a picture of the parcel that has been scanned, as the site I work at we can have up-to 100 parcels delivered per day.

The app can become quite slow, my personal opinion is I’m not a huge fan of the new update, it takes a bit longer than it used to to pick up the name on the parcel but still does the job.

Great and simple training, easy to use product. We receive several hundred parcels a day during check-in, and this makes the process 100 times quicker than manual written records.

Quick to process parcels in, easy for students to collect. Able to easily see the number of parcels being delivered and collected each day for resourcing staff.

Nothing really. It is a bit laborious uploading all the data, but once it is in that's all that needs doing.

It's so easy and simple to use. I use it every day on-site and it really puts the students' minds at ease.

Easy and simple to use, makes parcel delivery and organisation so much easier and quicker and is the safest way in my opinion to track parcels on site. Great data to analyse when you log into the website as well.

What I like the most is how much time parcels tracker saves! You literally scan the barcode and it finds the person automatically. So easy to use and the receiver gets the notification instantly!

I cannot find any cons for the product at this point.

Really think it is a good tool in busy student accommodation. Less hassle for employees. I could not see how we would cope without it now. Each team member has it on their phones, simple and easy to use.

Being able to open a picture of the parcel works wonders. As we use it a site of over 999 people. So when on a daily basis we have 60-100 delivery, it makes it simple to find the person parcel.

Sometimes it cannot pick up barcodes when scanning. However this was fixed when the added an automated barcode if one would not be scanned,

Overall, it has made logging our parcels much easier and it saves us a lot of time and it is really user friendly.

I really like the manual side of the parcel tracker, particularly when we deliver parcels to rooms and we can then sign them out on behalf of the residents.

When scanning a parcel it doesn't always bring up the correct resident.

Parcel Tracker changed my building company’s mail experience! We are able to keep track of all the packages we get and we are able to notify our residents as soon as we get them! No more lost packages or having messy inventory!

The con I have isn’t with Parcel Tracker , it’s just with the recipient of a package not checking the notifications we send out.

The program is so easy to use for our non-profit organization. It was so smooth and made tracking easy!

Parcel Tracker has made logging parcels a much less daunting task. It has allowed for greater efficiency in the work place. I can’t praise it enough.

Parcel tracker is a time saver and makes logging a number of parcels easy with its great user Interface allowing for much less human error. It saves me about 30 minutes every day!

The only issue to deal with is that the system sometimes struggled with matching names from the parcel to those on the system. Upon a second try however, this is usually resolved.

Sometimes the tracker isn't able to scan the recipients details accurately but this is only happens very rarely.

The product is very simple however, has solved a big issue for us in handling 100's of parcels in a week.

Very user friendly. Parcel Tracker has increased productivity as teams are not spending time processing parcels in the same way.

Deepfinity parcel tracker has halved the time taken to log all of our residents post.

I really like the online Admin feature for adding new residents and changing resident details quickly and easily.

Would like to see an Offline feature as if the internet drops out we get some residents not receiving their QR code.
