The residents love how they can easily track their parcels and the system is safe and secure. I can high recommend this platform.

It was so easy for our building manager to set the system up and it has really saved the reception staff a lot of time so they can focus on customer service.

Exceptional speed of set up and on-boarding was easy regardless of the size of the block, support from the team, pricing. Great app as well, and very straightforward for personnel to use. Convenient recipient upload and removal functionality, making the move in/move out management and upkeeping of resident logs very swift.

We have not found any faults with the system, and even when we had ideas or requests of new features, the team had added this to their pipeline.

Parcel tracker has definitely made logging parcels a lot easier and the notifications that are sent out mean that our students are collecting their parcels quicker as well.

We love this system, it saves us a lot of time. And the customer service is very professional. We have contacted them several times, always been contacted and resolved very fast.

Fast log the parcels, and notice tenant to pick directly. Paperless and Contactless. Which can protect our staff, during the pandemic.

When the label is dirty, sometimes the scan doesn't work. But, we can mentally type the code in, so we are not bothered.

Having spent ten years in the student sector, I am very aware of the issues and time it takes to manage parcels deliveries/ collections and have seen many different systems in place for this.
Parcel Tracker is the most efficient tool/ system I have ever seen and it is hard to explain just how good it is. It is so easy to use with just a click of the button and does all the hard work for you.
The fact it sends an email to the student to alert them it is here, is amazing and it saves us so much space and time, as students often collect as soon as they receive the alert.

The product has dramatically reduced the time it takes to process mail. Support is very good and have managed to resolve issues quickly.

The app is very quick and responsive, it takes seconds to scan parcels in and out. It recognises codes from all courier services our customers have used. The app is intuitive and easy to use.

Occasional glitches, when the app is experiencing problem the software can run very slowly.

Good system. So far no issues. It has improved our parcel collection service for our residents vastly, big improvement on our previous system.

I would recommend as it does what it says on the tin. You are able to look through stats online which help to understand the businesses needs.

Overall the app is simple and easy to use. If we ever had issues or concerns we could raise these directly with the developer.

Sometimes it doesn't work well over two phones at the same time, so can be problematic.

I think the app has been beneficial to both staff and students overall and doesn't cause worry to students knowing their parcel(s) may have been misplaced or otherwise without the signing in and out aspect.

The parcel tracker is a convenient for students to use because they're notified when their parcel(s) arrive and also for staff as we know how many parcels we're looking for and also what they look like from the photos. Another good thing about the app is that this system is a secure way of logging out parcels.

The one thing I think could improve is that occasionally the app will select the wrong resident to notify or sometimes won't sign as collected by phone, however you can also log the parcels out manually on the computer.

This is so quick and easy to use.

We have struggled at night to know what parcels have been collected previously but not its so simple to locate them with the pictures!!

I had a few lessons with my manager on how to use it but now its really straight-forward.

Our organization was lacking the connection between special packages left at our backdoor to the recipient. We were able to close the gap and everyone in the hospital loves it. Where our materials management lacks Parcel Tracker was able to pick up.

I love how easy it is to use and we were able to implement it into our organization within a month. The website offers great statistics.

Pulling up history in the app as opposed to the website.

Positive. The app has been updated a few times with user interface improvements and stability improvements.

Ease of use. Initial training that was given over a web call was comprehensive and easy to follow.

The issues I've had in the past with the app not recognising some barcodes or QR codes when scanning the parcel label, seem to have been rectified in the most recent update.

Overall experience is good. There are more pros than cons I have experienced with the application. I would recommend to others.

The app is very user friendly. Adding in new recipients and notifying residents of deliveries with my phone has been extremely easy. The notifications to residents is sent out quickly.

The mobile application and computer application do not update synchronously. The number of total packages differed among co-workers. Not able to scan in packages with a handheld scanner.

Overall, I'd recommend this product, especially to anyone in the PBSA sector with a large volume of inhouse residents.

Functionality of the app.
Speed of the app, from receiving the parcel to logging it it's no more than 15 seconds.
Ease of signing in and out parcels.

Sometimes the app scans the name of the recipient incorrectly.

We have over 200 parcels arriving a day - the app lets us keep track of all our parcels and stops residents coming to reception to check to see if their parcel has arrived. We've managed to train the app out to our security team too so our residents can get the parcels at the weekend.

if a resident has more than one parcel is puts them all together on the app meaning that when a resident collects it is easy to locate them all.

The app is a little bit trickier/manual when a parcel does not have a barcode on, though these days that is pretty rare.

My overall experience is that this is easy, not completely flawless, but a great system for any business to utilize for multiple employees. I would recommend it.

Parcel Tracker is an easy to use system, it is very convenient for a large company receiving multiple packages for different people.

It sometimes takes a little bit to search someone name, even though I bet that is because we have so many names in the system.

Scanning barcode system can be sometimes a bit clunky but this is circumvented by randomly generating them if needed.
