Overall I think Parcel Tracker is a very good tool to have especially if you are in property management it’s very simple and easy to use.

What I like about Parcel Tracker is that it’s very easy to navigate. What I also like about Parcel Tracker is that when I first started using it a came with a tutorial video which was so helpful because it allowed me to get a hang of using the system very easy.

What I don’t like about Parcel Tracker is that sometimes when you’re logging out packages it can be very inconsistent because depending who’s logged in it will show you a different amount of packages are still in the system to another user.

It is the best time saving software i have seen implemented for a business, it does exactly what its intended for and the support team are fantastic.

The speed!! Talk about a time saver, adding students, staff and the office into the parcel tracker takes seconds (previously it took days). Logging 5 parcels at a time is also a real time saver! Our students also love it!

Those who don't use computers daily may struggle with getting used to it.

Overall, I have recommended this others because i was super pleased with how smooth and how quickly i was able to load our daily mail.

I loved that i could scan the name on the envelope and it would find them and it was super easy to scan the tracking info so clients knew what it was that arrived.

Sometimes it would not sync up when done on multiple devices. I did however start logging devices out and back in at least once a week and it fixed the problem.

The system has proven to be reliable and great for organising the parcel collection of a large building. Like any other system it does have its pros and cons, however, it is an easy and fast way to get through thousands of parcels.

Having it all digitally.
The fact that users receive an email with the number of parcels they need to collect and that we can follow up on them in case they never collect them.

Perhaps that the way to contact users is through email that most of the residents don't access their email on a regular basis.

Brilliant! Super easy and fast i highly recommend if you deal with parcels on a daily basis. Works on iOS or Android.

Saves admin time, super fast and easy to use. Sends multiple emails at once and i can track usage. of parcels and staff usage which is great when I'm sending reports out to my clients.

Sometimes I have to scan parcels twice, once for name and once for bar-code and sometimes i only scan once.

Really and straight forward to use in terms of process and how user friendly it is. Also super clean design which is nice too.

Super efficient process to log parcels in and out, and helpful to resolve any issues by seeing a parcel's history.
It's really easy to use, both on the app and website.

On the inbound deliveries section: when I filter to either collected/delivered , then select student to see parcel details and then go off the student. It always goes back to the full list and not the filtered list which just slows down my workflow.

The app makes it easy to keep track of incoming and outgoing parcels, there is no longer a need to keep track of them manually with this app.

The app is easy to use and user friendly, it makes it easy to keep track of parcels. Much easier than manually keeping track of deliveries.

Sometimes the app does not register the residents names.

Sometimes the app can glitch and the codes don't get sent out to students. Issues with logging in sometimes if the same account been logged in for a while, the app kind of glitches and constantly reloads.

Parcel Tracker has saved us lots of time compared to when we used to record parcels in a book. Our residents have told us they like the Parcel Tracker service because they get notified as soon as their parcel is processed in Reception.

- Makes managing a high volume of parcels much quicker and easier.

- Needs to be easier for users to differentiate between the 'notify' and 'collect' tabs in the app, perhaps different colours.
- Not immediately obvious to new users about completing all of the steps when someone is collecting a parcel, so sometimes parcels have still been showing even though they had been collected.

Very good, no issues so far. The system is quick and receptive. Making it easy for both staff logging and tenants collecting.

Easy to use interface, simple and quick logging in and out. Statistics about logged parcels and pictures of each logged parcel make it extra simple and effective.

No option to sign for every collected parcel at the moment.

I would definitely recommend parcel tracker to other people and companies.

I found that when training other people on how to use parcel tracker they were also able to quickly get the hand of it.

Some of the features change quite regularly. I like the frequent updates but can be a bit difficult to keep track of sometimes.

Changing from Log screen to Collect screen could be faster.

I think this process is much faster and easier in general. It has made our lives better as the parcel room is much less cluttered and this is good for us.

It saves us so much time as students are notified in time and they come to pick up their parcels almost immediately so we don’t have much clutter in the room.

We’re required to do multiple scans of the parcels and this is a bit of a long process.

Unbelievable wish we had got this sooner it's a time saving life saver. I would recommend this system to anyone, its something else.

Using this new system is a time saver and makes finding parcels so much more easy and quicker no fafing about no stress, its so simple its great.

Very user friend app easy to install and to add all information I have been using this service on a daily base for work and I can really say it is fantastic part of my daily kit to log parcels for all our residences.

I really like this app very simply to keep track of all our parcels as I receive over 50 parcels a day.

Amazing makes life at work so much easier and actually quite fun! Very helpful as presents the name and room number so I can find the students parcel.

This has been great to use in student accommodation as it so quick and easy to scan multiple parcels at once. Once they are scanned this notifies the student of a delivered parcel and they then come to collect with the barcode sent out to them. This makes it easier for me if they have a barcode rather than trying to communicate and find proof of their room number. Once I scan this barcode with the app it tells me their room number and name straight away so I can find their parcel.

No issues with this app and very easy to use didn’t take long at all to understand how it works.

I would say overall the experience with it has been good. It is easy to operate and while problems do occur they are relatively minor and easily solvable.

I like that the process for using it is fairly simple. A simple scan or search allows you to input a package with ease.

The app does have its issues with keeping up to date or loading all packages scanned. It often sends out incorrect information to residents about the number of packages that we hold for them.
