    Saved my skin so many times, the pictures and evidence as well as time tracking are invaluable! The metrics also help me keep my management up to date as to how busy I am, we even used it to monitor the number of students we have on site.

    Can easily update my residents details at point of collection.
    Excellent data export functionality and metrics.
    Fast and rarely breaks.

    Negative

    Developer keeps changing and breaking how the scanner works, different sites have different versions of the app despite having the latest updated version from play store. One site has the ability to take a photo of the package when the barcode scan fails (no beta enabled), pictures are taken normally when a barcode is seen but often one is missing if it fails (hand written package).
