Overall it's an ok product when it works but it's a nightmare when it doesn't. I would love to see the scanning of parcels made easier.

Very quick when it comes to the collection side of the software as long as the QR code is available from the guest.

Very slow at scanning the parcels in, sometimes double scans the same item as well as sends the wrong recipient a notification.

It has made our jobs a lot easier so we can free our time up for other tasks, would highly recommend!!

Love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receiving such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you are not particularly tech savvy, and sometimes the data extraction is a little delayed for the changes in customers we are holding the parcels for.

Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

This is super quick in scanning. Its image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

Easy system to use. Would recommend to other organisations. Students receive an email straight away to confirm their parcel has been delivered, whole process takes minutes..add parcel to system, email sent, student comes, we scan QR code..parcel issued to student.

None, as so easy to use. So simple to operate, adding parcels then issuing them to the students.

This works great for our needs and has saved us lots of time and headaches.
We have proof of deliveries that covers us from people saying they did not receive their package.

Time savings, reduced the pickup time as recipients are notified upon arrival, less possibility of loss, better managment of packages.

Nothing so far, everything is working great and has exceeded expectations.

Don't always get the emails but isn't too much of an issue.

Impressed, so glad we got this. Our previous system now I realised was not secure and breaching GDPR but this system is really secure multiple staff can have the app so you don't have that worry, its protects you and the tenant.

Impressive app, the students in our building are loving it. its secure, pictures of all parcels, the student get emails. the app is extremely easy to use.

Nothing yet, suppose its quite time consuming logging them all in but its safer and worth it in the long run.

Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

I like that it stores the history of parcels collected.
I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.

It’s very easy and simple to use. I think there should still be some changes made, but I would say it’s a great start.

It’s so helpful, as we have track of the parcels. Also it’s super easy and simple to use. Moreover it keeps a record of parcels.

They don’t get a notification if their contact details is not under their name. So I think everyone should be able to download the app and have an account and get a notification if they have a parcel.

Very good really good training course it was really easy to follow and gained a lot of information highly recommended.

Product is innovative and useful in the office/student accommodation industry. Parcel process has definitely decreased in time which allows staff to focus more on other duties. The app is really simple especially for non technical users.

None to report so far as we have only recently started using the app.

Very easy to use, very user-friendly. The feature which allows you to upload recipients in bulk saves you a lot of time. However, if needed, you can also add individual recipients. We have options to edit nicknames, locations, company names, departments, etc.

The product is very simple, you can upload a bulk CSV file, which is a list you can create from Excel, it allows you to upload in bulk, for that you need to have a CSV file with the recipient data completed.

I constantly get error messages when uploading recipients.

Absolutely amazing! It's so helpful, and saves so much time I wish we'd had this before. If sending parcel notifications is a time-consuming nightmare, this product will definitely reduce your workload.

Super easy to use.
Very intuitive user interface.
Customisable messages (although we've not experimented with this too much).
Options to add additional information without this being obligatory.

The only down side is that you cannot have multiple users linked to the same email address, but it is so easy to add additional users, it's not even a real problem!

I have used different methods to log parcels but this is by far the easiest!

Overall I think this is a very good design. The only downfall is that it does crash from time to time. But that's nothing a quick reset of the phone can't solve.

How it recognises peoples name when you scan.

You can also see the pictures making it easier to find the parcel!

Its a quicker and easier way to scan parcels compared to other places Ive worked, its also handy to have it on an app on a phone making it mobile and much easier to use.

Sometimes it scans the wrong name or crashes.
It can also lag quite a lot when scanning or takes a while to scan the actual QR code.
Sometimes when you scan a barcode it doesn't recognise it.

This system is perfect for a busy student accommodation, it allows you to securely check in or parcels while automatically notifying the students that they have arrived. It allows you to securely track and monitor all parcels and I think the students appreciate that it is a much more foolproof system than manually writing everything down.

It also saves my team a lot of time, which means they can focus on other tasks and duties.

Since the introduction of this system it has become obvious that it is a massive time saver as well as a very much more secure way of giving out and tracking mail for the students. Before this system was introduced it used to take us over an hour to manually log and put away all the parcels and this has been drastically cut down thanks to the Parcel Tracker system.

The students think it’s amazing and we have had very positive comments regarding it. It really helps the students that when we have processed a package they get an email telling them they can come and get it.

I haven’t come across any as yet, The system does everything it was designed to do.

It saves me so much time on a day to day basis, and the residents feel much more comfortable knowing there is a trackable service for when their parcels arrive on site. Really pleased with it and glad we implemented it!

The only con I would say is that I've not figured out if there's a way to delete an entry if you scan/notify the wrong person by mistake. I have to 'collect' the parcel and re enter the correct details, there may be an edit option but I haven't found it yet!

Collection is so easy and quick.

This is a simple and speedy way to track parcels coming through reception at a student accommodation.
Scanning is simple, once the residents name and room number are picked up, you can then scan the parcel barcode and file away in storage cupboard.
We used to manually log each parcel that entered the building, taking up to 1min 45secs per parcel. Parcel Tracker speeds up this process taking the time per parcel to approximately 33 seconds from starting scanning to completing and filing away.
Residents instantly receive an email with a QR code, which they then use to collect and within seconds of scanning the QR code they have their parcel and are back out of the door.

The only issue I have found up to now is that you can't delete parcels that are scanned, say it automatically picks up the wrong resident, it would be easier to delete individual parcels when this does happen.

In general, it's an amazing App that provide the convenience for both site team and the residents. I have heard amazing feedback about it from our residents.
I would suggest if the resident can have the option to choose how they can be notified would improve their experience. Some residents would check E-mails more, some prefers text message etc.

The product itself is easy to use and the customers can be notified immediately.
The App is straightforward to use and only some simple demonstration is needed at the very beginning. It's easy for new team members to be capable to manage the parcels as well.
It also helped to save the time and reduce miscommunications. The App helped to reduce the time usage for the site team members to log all the parcels manually, which also helped to reduce the chance of mistakes or missing to log any parcels by chance. By notifying the customer, the customer can also know which parcel has been delivered. which one has not been delivered. It's also helpful for the customer to know if their parcel has been delivered to a wrong address if they received the delivery message from the courier but not from Parcel Tracker.
It also provide the flexibility to be used by multiple devices.

Sometimes it would take time for other device to have the synchronization. For example, if you scan one parcel by one device but use another device to collect the parcel, it won't allow you to do so.
Also, if the customer has put the correct room number but not the full name, it wont recognize.
Using too much battery for the device.

This app does make the parcel booking in process much easier and faster, especially when you have a lot of parcels.

This makes parcel tracking much easier and quicker than a manual booking in process that was previously used.

This app doesn't work as well on iOS than it does Android.

Very good tool to manage mailroom. It is straightforward and does what it says. The camera reading works well and identifies recipients quite accurately.

Easy to use by the mailroom staff. People got used quickly to the notifications. We can also track usage and parcels, very useful for planning.

Should expand to other services like key access or visitors.
