Had a bug where our data kept getting deleted but this was solved after contacting support. All data was restored and investigated.

We use to track our packages manually and this has made that process so efficient I would highly recommend if need to track incoming office packages. It's easy to scan a package, for the recipient to be notified and for them to check out the package on the iPad.

Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.

Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always be resolved right away.

It's really great overall, but could use a few performance improvements to optimise it for devices across various specifications (both low and high spec).

-It lags sometimes, particularly on older or low-spec phones and older versions of android.
-There have been situations when all parcel data has been erased from the system, however, we were able to recover it with help from the support team.

Overall I believe it is a great service and we use it constantly with very little issues, any issues are solved very quickly

While this does not significantly impact overall functionality, it may cause minor delays during high-volume intake periods.

I use Parcel tracker every day at work. It replaced our outdated hand written recording postal system. It is far more accurate and secure. The ease of making entries on a mobile phone to record and photo the parcel makes life a lot easier. It also gives you something to refer back to if a parcel is reported lost - you can prove you have delivered it from the photo!

At first I thought using the phone to record parcels would be slower than handwriting, but once you get used to it, it is just as quick. It also outweighs handwritten records, in that you can actually read what has been typed!

Overall, a helpful tool to create efficiencies with tracking and logging parcels daily. The images captured helps cross-reference tracking numbers to ensure we are logging data correctly.

Overall, a great product to use to efficiently scan and track parcels. As an end-user using the function of scanning parcels into our department, it works well to document each parcel, both with the barcode/tracking number and an image of the barcode. This helps us locate a parcel at a later date if needed.

The barcode reader easily picks up any/all barcodes/QR codes, so it takes some getting used to to only scan the one barcode intended.

As we prefer to use our own name label (personnel choice), Parcel Tracker are currently trying to configure a printer to auto generate a label when scanning in information.

It's an intuitive and well-organised system with many possibilities. Registering packages via mobile is easy, and picking up packages makes us feel like we have control.

There are no particular downsides to mention. It took a little time to set up exactly as we wanted, but with good help from support, it worked out. Good training is also essential, which we experienced.

Overall, Parcel Tracker has been nothing short of amazing from beginning to now. Working with me step by step to make sure everything is going as smoothly as possible. Any issues are dealt with immediately. Couldn't ask for a better service. I also appreciate the accommodation when it came to my particular business which is outside of there normal operations.
