Great system and easy to use. Some searching functions could be better, mass update feature could be better.
Generally, it works for us and I recommend it to others.

We tested Parcel Tracker in some of our buildings at the start and it greatly helped the parcel receiving, collection, and tracking. So we are deploying the system to all of our buildings.

At the moment, we can't mass update recipients to multiple buildings, but ParcelTracker is customising it for us.

Replacing a pen and paper system with Parcel Tracker has made life so much easier for all staff on site because of the capacity of parcels we receive.

I absolutely love how simple it is to use & it really speeds up the process of scanning parcels in a student accommodation environment!

It doesn’t work on devices with poor quality cameras.

Overall, the app is really helpful, although ironing out some issues would make it quicker to use. Adding a feature to scan multiple packages for the same person would be helpful. Also making it so that if the bar code and name are both visible in the same scan, you don't have to take two scans would save time.

Parcel Tracker is essential in letting our residents know if we have their parcels and also to keep track ourselves. It is for the most part easy to use and very helpful.

The app can sometimes be slow and difficult to use.
It would be helpful to have features that allow for multiple packages to be scanned under the same name at one time, rather than all individually.
Sometimes the app is difficult to scan bar codes with.
Once you have scanned the name you then have to scan the bar code which can be time consuming and sometimes the app gets confused and starts using the text again and finding a different person. It would save time if the scanner picked up the barcode and name in the same scan if the are both in shot and gave you the option to notify from there.

Overall it is really easy to use and works really well in our post room, it has really streamlined our process.

Parcel Tracker makes logging parcels in and out really easy. Everything is tracked on the system so you can keep an easy eye on how many parcels you have and if anything isn't being collected. It also takes a picture so makes it easier to find things.

A way to change the email you send for different groups of people would be great, but it's not a major issue.

Parcel Tracker has helped me (as a property manager) to track down missing packages, makes it easy to find who had package most recently.

Notifications are great, my mail person scans packages upon receiving and I am automatically notified. Search abilities are convenient as well.

Does not consistently scan receiving person on packages, takes multiple tries or requires searching a name/account and then scanning package barcode.

If I have to review it i would say excellent. It has got bit of everything. Showing the parcel's image is another best thing with this app.

Parcels are more secure with the help of this. i am the concierge and i am very comfortable using it.

It takes more time to register the parcel. And it is bit slow too.

I use Parcel Tracker on a daily basis and would recommend this to other companies who are trying to find an easier way to log parcels.

The best part about Parcel Tracker is that it will give you the option to change details directly on the app instead of sending you to a web page. It is a quick and efficient way of scanning parcels as I work in a student accommodation and receive up to 80 parcels some days. It brings up the students room/name straight away and makes it easy for us to track if any parcels have gone missing or haven’t been collected.

Sometimes the app crashes but apart from that it is very user friendly!

Our parcel room now holds much less packages as students get notified when they have something to collect, meaning a more efficient space to use.

Overall a great tool and it’s saved the whole return process of having team members available to collect parcels at reception. Our time is spent better doing other jobs!

Having pictures and time stamps helps a lot when tracking parcels.

The QR function from data protection point of view is coming I believe.
Use different skins.
Resident to view their history of collections.
Some way to ensure the resident collects their parcel on the tracker system so they don’t forget.

Overall it's an ok product when it works but it's a nightmare when it doesn't. I would love to see the scanning of parcels made easier.

Very quick when it comes to the collection side of the software as long as the QR code is available from the guest.

Very slow at scanning the parcels in, sometimes double scans the same item as well as sends the wrong recipient a notification.

It has made our jobs a lot easier so we can free our time up for other tasks, would highly recommend!!

Love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receiving such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you are not particularly tech savvy, and sometimes the data extraction is a little delayed for the changes in customers we are holding the parcels for.

Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

This is super quick in scanning. Its image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

Easy system to use. Would recommend to other organisations. Students receive an email straight away to confirm their parcel has been delivered, whole process takes minutes..add parcel to system, email sent, student comes, we scan QR code..parcel issued to student.

None, as so easy to use. So simple to operate, adding parcels then issuing them to the students.

This works great for our needs and has saved us lots of time and headaches.
We have proof of deliveries that covers us from people saying they did not receive their package.

Impressed, so glad we got this. Our previous system now I realised was not secure and breaching GDPR but this system is really secure multiple staff can have the app so you don't have that worry, its protects you and the tenant.

Impressive app, the students in our building are loving it. its secure, pictures of all parcels, the student get emails. the app is extremely easy to use.

Nothing yet, suppose its quite time consuming logging them all in but its safer and worth it in the long run.

Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

I like that it stores the history of parcels collected.
I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.

It’s very easy and simple to use. I think there should still be some changes made, but I would say it’s a great start.

It’s so helpful, as we have track of the parcels. Also it’s super easy and simple to use. Moreover it keeps a record of parcels.

They don’t get a notification if their contact details is not under their name. So I think everyone should be able to download the app and have an account and get a notification if they have a parcel.
